So when I finally bought my house and saw the condition of the attic, I knew exactly who I wanted to call. My house still had the original, gross insulation from the 1950s, and Brian and his crew came in and completely removed everything, cleaned and sanitized the entire attic, and installed new R-38 batt insulation. After recommending him to other people for so long, it was great to finally experience their work firsthand. Brian and his team were awesome. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept everything clean, and did a really thorough job. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and aren't just trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. He was a very hard worker and had good vibes. Even when the job took almost twice as long as he suspected, he didn't complain or try to charge me more. He just apologized that he was taking so long. It was a nice gesture, but it was unnecessary because I know how these sheds can be sometimes. But again, that was nice of him. Communication for scheduling was perfect as well. Which in my opinion is a vital aspect of providing a service. I would definitely hire him again. The property I stay on currently has upcoming projects in the future so I asked him if he could do this, and that. His response was funny as he said," it would be easier to tell you what I can't do" or something along those lines. David came by and gave us a fair quote to repair our fence/gate on Jan. 20th. Three of the poles…read morebecame eroded over the years and we needed them replaced and reset and he changed the 2x4s along the fence line that had termite damage. On the second day, he asked for half of the money to get supplies. ($500. I know, red flag!) He replaced the 2x4s (he used framing wood instead of outdoor wood) and didn't bother taking a lot of the staples out from the fence boards, hence, making the boards not flush to the 2x4s. He reset 3 posts, 2 of which did not set because the holes were not deep enough. He came one full day and 3 days after that for maybe a total of 3 hours. To make a long story short, we haven't heard from him since Jan. 24th. Now we are getting quotes from LICENSED fence companies to repair what David did. I do not recommend David to fix anyone's fence. We learned the hard way.
