Edison outsources all their jobs and you have no idea who or when your "project will be finished. Non of the photos you are shown during home visits are work they've actually done I can't believe this company is still active. Pretty sure the first 50 yelp reviews are faked by staff or friends. Please if you see them run. They've scammed so many people it's wild to bare witness. Also the owner doesn't even have a valid contractors license it's expired. Besides the duration of our total house re-wire project, we hadn't realized the extent of the lath and plaster damage that is necessary to access the wall and ceiling interiors to pull in all the new wire. Fortunately, our electrical contractor clued us in, and we found a highly recommended multifaceted general contractor that specializes in this type of lath/plaster restoration and renovation. What we learned going into the project was to have the electrical and general contractors collaborate as a "team" to reduce occurrences of making additional work for each other, redundancy and conflicts. We are extremely happy with both of our contractors and how they worked together for OUR benefit! Coincidentally, both of our contractors were from La Jolla and experienced working in higher end homes. We do not hesitate to give them the highest recommendations. We found their rates extremely reasonable for the levels of experience, skills and consideration for the home owner.
