Not only did she offer a better product and solution, she also came in more affordable than all the other bids! Her team did such an amazing job on our roof that we reached out to Liza again a few years later for our full bathroom remodel. Oh man -- there's really no way to put into words how much of a project this bathroom was to take on. We ripped the old bathroom down to the studs, expanded its footprint, and fully rebuilt it into a glorious, resort spa-style sanctuary. Major vibe and an inconceivable space upgrade! Besides the duration of our total house re-wire project, we hadn't realized the extent of the lath and plaster damage that is necessary to access the wall and ceiling interiors to pull in all the new wire. Fortunately, our electrical contractor clued us in, and we found a highly recommended multifaceted general contractor that specializes in this type of lath/plaster restoration and renovation. What we learned going into the project was to have the electrical and general contractors collaborate as a "team" to reduce occurrences of making additional work for each other, redundancy and conflicts. We are extremely happy with both of our contractors and how they worked together for OUR benefit! Coincidentally, both of our contractors were from La Jolla and experienced working in higher end homes. We do not hesitate to give them the highest recommendations. We found their rates extremely reasonable for the levels of experience, skills and consideration for the home owner.
