    What would be the approximate cost of replacing a control board for a General Electric stove? The stove itself is a lower cost model (about $600) so I am debating of whether to replace or repair. Thanks!

    WASTE of time choosing Aztec Appliance! They sold us a LEMON. Their website says "It's All About…read morethe Customer. Our focus is your satisfaction" . That is BULLSH**T when dealing with Sergio, the Store Manager at KM location. We decided to spend extra $$$$ for the SpeedQueen W/D. The model we wanted not in stock, so Sales Rep suggested their floor model, which was discounted but told never used. Going weeks without a washer, we agreed to purchased and schedule earliest delivery date. Had to stay home from work to accommodate their 5-hour delivery window. Once installed the Washer FAILED to work....my time wasted! The options given was to reject delivery or have them send appliance tech to fix. Okay, option 2...Unfortunately, they DO NOT have people to come to fix it, but was instructed to call the Manufacture to schedule for warranty repair of my supposedly new floor model Washer on the very first day delivered...WTF?!? Spoke with Store Manager, who did not care if customer' had huge inconvenience or would have to takeoff work a second day for repair because a product they sold did not work properly on day one. He said cuz we purchased the floor model, they wouldn't know if it works or not until installed. He was so proud offering to call the Manufacture for me to schedule a repair OR exchange for another appliance brand that I did not want OR apply credit to purchase a new SpeedQueen (with no discount)) regardless of customer experience, cuz he said it's not allowed. He explained customer's time taking off work for delivery and repair days is not his problem. He's there to run a business and giving a discount is not an option. Did not even consider refunding the $99 deliver fee to compensate for our troubles. So, we opted to have them pick-up the W/D and give us our money back. We then purchased at Pacific Sales on Morena Blvd. They had all the SpeedQueen models in stock at same price and FREE Delivery/Install. Go there for your high end appliances for true customer satisfaction.

He took the time to answer our questions and helped us find the right fit for our kitchen. We were even able to get the faucet we wanted during a sale. The woman on the phone asked me what kind they were, and she held while I went to look. As soon as I said the dryer was a Maytag, she just said, "We don't do those!" and then hung up on me. I realize there wasn't anything she could do since they apparently don't work with that brand, but there was no need to be rude and hang up on me.

I would give that experience a five out of five. The second time my wife and I went down to see a used refrigerator that was selling for about half price of a new one. So I figured there was some negation room as far as price, well when I started to try to negotiate Kevin wasn't interested in the least not one dollar and he seemed to be getting irritated by me offering less. Well fine my wife and I wanted the fridge so we agreed to what he was asking $1200. Well i figured since I was spending that amount of money that there would be a little flexibility as far as the delivery charge and at first there wasn't at this point I was ready to walk away from the deal but seeing that Kevin agreed to knockoff $25 and take our old fridge to our rental property. All was good and fine except on the day he delivers his helper boy called in sick and Kevin had to do everything himself and he just seemed to have an unpleasant attitude. He did everything he said he would but I just didn't get the feeling he was happy about having our business. So I would rate the last experience a two. So I sort of averaged the two and five rating and gave them a three. Conclusion: No price flexibility they do what they say they will do, although not always with a smile.

    I'm usually the type of person who buys everything online or on Amazon because it's just easier…read more About a year and a half ago, I stopped by Best Buy Mission Valley just to look at TVs before finding the best deal online. Instead, I found the TV I wanted, received great service, and decided to purchase in-store and buy the Best Buy Protection plan for my $4,500+ TV. Fast forward 18 months, and the screen developed some unusual wear. It didn't affect the picture, but it was noticeable on dark scenes. I figured I'd see what Best Buy had to say. From start to finish, the experience was incredible: Justin in Geek Squad genuinely cared about helping me and made the process easy. Carla, the Geek Squad technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and confirmed the issue was covered. Within hours, my claim was approved. I then worked with Stephen from the Audio/Video team, who went above and beyond to find the replacement TV I wanted, even though it wasn't in stock. Ryan, the Assistant Store Manager, also took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Great teams are built from the top, down and it shows. In the end, I received the newer model of my TV and even got about $500 back in store credit because of the price difference. I honestly couldn't be more impressed. This experience has truly changed my opinion of buying big-ticket electronics in-store. I'll absolutely be purchasing them from Best Buy going forward, and I'll always add the Protection plan. Outstanding customer service all around, thank you to the entire Best Buy Mission Valley team!

I had an absolutely nightmarish experience regarding the delivery, and installation/haul-away of a refrigerator. I had originally scheduled the delivery of a new fridge on a Monday between 11-3, not a big deal seeing as the fridge was purchased on a Friday. Well, needless to say that didn't work out at all. Why you ask? Well, it starts with BestBuy contracting w/local non-affiliated delivery companies. Delivery drivers and companies that have zero fcuks to give. So much so that they fail to call regarding arrival, follow delivery instructions, or barely make an effort to attempt to make contact with a human being. Then they bail. Forget trying to get ahold of a human when you call customer service b/c it doesn't exist. Everything gets routed thru a queue, a chat agent, or an automated text bot. When you finally get a response it's nothing more than a bunch of canned excuses and a reschedule for delivery 2x days later, including another delivery window, this time it's 3-7. Come on. Well, now it's Wednesday and now I'm all about bubble stalking the delivery driver thru BestBuy's delivery web tracker, a small win if you can call it that. This time the driver actually calls and arrives on time. But that's where the good ends. The delivery clowns ask to enter the building and come and eye fcuk the old fridge. At first the main guy balks at the size of the current fridge and has size concerns about removing it and putting the new one in and has to call dispatch or whoever his taskmaster is. Now I'm starting to get a case of the ass. He comes back in and says he can't remove the old fridge. WTF?! Ok, I'll remove it and they can take it. Nope. All they can do is leave the new one. Again, WTF?! I paid for delivery/installation/haul away. They call dispatch again, I'm getting madder. They now say Geek Squad has to come and finish the installation and haul the old fridge away. Umm... a total lie/fabrication. Then they just bail. Well, now it's all about trying to contact customer service again for someone else to come out and un-ass their grand fcuk up. Unbelievable!!! Now I have to wait until Friday where some asshat from BestBuy will show up between 7-7 and fix this clusterfcuk of a gigantic mess. Long story short, don't shop at BestBuy!!! The company plainly doesn't care about customer service anymore. Terrible value for your money. Save it and go to a smaller retailer or a mom and pop shop. P.S. I ended up swapping out the old/new fridge myself, including connecting the water for the dispenser/ice maker. Shocking.
