I entered the request for an AC service to Prime last night at 8pm, expecting to get an answer this morning. Instead I got an answer within 10 minutes, and Adam was scheduled to show at 8am. He was here at 8 on the dot. While he was looking at the system, he was able to quickly figure out the problem, fixed it and hung around while we let the system run long enough to be sure the fix was permanent. We've been thinking about converting to a heat pump, and Adam was able to give all the pros and cons, talk about the likely remaining useful life of our existing AC and talk about options for when we are ready. one of my ac was dripping water and the other will turn off 1 min after using it. After 10 minutes of checking the mini split, the technician told be it was beyond repair, something even other technician told me the same. Summarized, I cleaned the pipe and both mini split worked back again and cleaned the blower wheel and the airflow got 5 times better. Now the issue is that this brand continues to harass me trying to sell me new mini split system. I already told them I'm not interested and they keep sending even more for weeks. I already reported to spam. There are many dishonest hvac technicians and adding that this company is just harassing me its beyond words. read more

Very positive experience with this company. Adam was my technician and he did a great job! I was really thankful how informative and honest Adam was about what I wanted. One of the things I was originally looking at getting down was redirecting the airflow in my ducts. He gave me the truth on what was possible and the amount of change it would do. Turns out it wasn't going to change much, so I decided to not go through with that. The other issue I needed help with was replacing an old bathroom fan. Adam took some pictures and let me know my options. It ended up taking two more visits to get the bathroom fan completely fixed as the wrong size was brought the first time. It didn't bother me, but they were kind enough to provide a small discount for the inconvenience without any asking. Great customer service and the fan works perfect! The flat rate estimate to diagnose the problem was $40 so they had the best price when it came to that. The technician that came out was very friendly and figured out the issue immediately and fixed the problem really fast. I thought the total cost was a little pricier than average based off research online. I already unscrewed and opened up the entire oven before he came. All that was needed was to change the igniter. Great overall service, but I wish it was a little cheaper. $280 to unscrew the igniter and put the new one in, but at least I know it was done correctly. read more

Did the yelp project for a leaking refrigerator and Prime Air Solution was the first to contact and willing to meet the next day at the cheapest rate (40) - most wanted 70+ to come out. They even came out earlier than expected which worked for me and were able to fix the issue (Frail line repair and Evaporator coil cleaning) right away at a reasonable price ($270). Sent out a project request on Yelp to repair our Fridge. The Fridge wasn't cooling towards the top and wasn't as cold as it was supposed to be towards the bottom. The fridge was always frozen over in the back a bit. They responded within 30 minutes saying they'd be able to send someone to look at the problem within the next 2 hours and probably fix the problem. When the repair man Adam took his first step through the door he realized it was an Asian household (no outside shoes inside) and confirmed with us that we prefer no outside shoes, so we put on some shoe covers he already had at his disposal. He guessed the problem in about 10 minutes and gave an estimate of ~$320 for labor including Evaporator coil cleaning, condensor coil cleaning, drain line repair, and temp sensor replacement with charge or part. I would say that's a very reasonable price, which includes 90 day warranty. It took about 1.5 hours for him to fix the fridge. During the time he took pictures of all of the problems he found and answered all the questions I had regarding the fridge. A day afterwards we noticed our freezer side was leaking water a little and had a frozen layer of ice on the bottom. We texted the company asking if they could inspect the freezer side and they said Adam could come back the next day. When Adam came back and took an initial look he said there probably wasn't a problem since there wasn't sign of water flow from the freezer holes, but decided to double check anyways. Turns out that part of the drain line was full of ice which he took about 1 hour to clear out. I'm extremely happy from Adam for doing due diligence and being honest about all of the work and problems. He also doesn't give any typical sus repair man vibes. read more

Adam and his team were great for the entire process. Came to my condo unit to make an evaluation and quote the job needed to install a new ac unit. We went thru how the wires would go as well as different unit options. I really appreciated Adam explaining to me the different options and how it would all fit together. They navigated my space with shared vendors and were really efficient. They also laid down protection for walls and my carpet for area where they would cut. We were able to also hide the electrical wires into the wall. The job had its challenges but Adam is a great problem solver and designer. I was able to communicate how I wanted the wires to sit for aesthetic and Adam and his team got it implemented to perfection. Even the design of the closet holding all the machinery I think is a work of art! After two days the job was done and Adam helped touch up and install new vent covers throughout my home. Adam also mentioned he would be able to stop by to add circuit breakers and help with the inspection process as reminders after the job. Now I have nice cool air thanks to Prime Air Solutions! I recently had a new Lennox air conditioning unit installed by Prime Air Solutions and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The two-man crew, led by estimator Adam, was professional and efficient. They not only installed the new unit, new pad, heater shaft, new electrical panel box ect.., but also removed and disposed of the old one with ease. They included repairs to some faulty ductwork that was done by an Unlicensed handyman, bringing it up to code and venting it out with the proper ductwork needed. My refrigerator quit cooling to the temperature set point and I called Prime Air at 7:30 am to see if they could take a look at it. The technician, Paul, arrived around 10:30 am same day (wow) to diagnose my issue. Paul found that the air circulation fan was bad and asked me if I wanted them to replace it. I said yes and Paul told me they had the correct part and could have my refrigerator working by the afternoon. He got the part, changed it out and we were cooling properly, great service! Fast forward a week and my wife came home from work to find the refrigerator dead. Since Prime Air was just out here I called and asked if Paul was available to look at it. Again, he arrived within a couple hours of my initial call to take a look. Now, this is where I realize you have to execute a checklist of initial procedures for efficient diagnosis. The very first thing Paul did was to check power at the refrigerator outlet. Sure enough my breaker had tripped and there was no issue with the refrigerator itself, I never experienced the breaker tripping on this outlet before. I felt bad that Paul came all the way out here and it was something I should have checked first. I told Paul I would pay the service fee ($40 which is very reasonable) and he wouldn't take it. My experience with Prime Air was exceptional. I won't hesitate to call them again for any appliance/HVAC issues I may have. read more
