The staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful, and the store is typically well-stocked with what I need. My only complaint is the phone system. You can no longer speak directly to a live person when you call. Instead, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which can be inconvenient when you need immediate assistance. Overall, the improvements to the pharmacy process have made a noticeable difference, and my experiences there have been much better lately.

I am going through some walking issues and I was using the basket to help me as I was walking thru the store. when finished shopping I started gathering my packages and to put the basket back in place. Terrell walked up and said you can leave your packages in the basket and take it out to the parking lot and ill get the basket. What a great relieve that was and help to me.
