I went to front of the line to speak with an employee working in the pharmacy. I arrived fifteen minutes prior, as instructed on the Walgreen's website, but was instructed by a male pharmacist to get in line. I got in line and ended up having to wait an additional 14 minutes, but the line went fairly quick. After getting to the counter I had to complete paperwork for my son to receive the COVID Vaccine. I asked about the HPV and Meningitis Vaccines because they were also scheduled in my appointment, but the pharmacist told me to reschedule an appointment for earlier in the day (early morning time). The pharmacist and his staff were very nice. Customer service goes a long way with me.

Nobody has stopped once to say we apologize for opening late or explaining what's going on. It's unfortunate because the customers make this business be able to remain open. Even though the employee would often assist two customers at the same time, the process still felt slow. However, since they introduced their new system with three self-service kiosks, the experience has improved significantly. Even when there's only one employee working, the line moves much faster and the overall process is more efficient. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful, and the store is typically well-stocked with what I need. My only complaint is the phone system. You can no longer speak directly to a live person when you call. Instead, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which can be inconvenient when you need immediate assistance. Overall, the improvements to the pharmacy process have made a noticeable difference, and my experiences there have been much better lately.

I am going through some walking issues and I was using the basket to help me as I was walking thru the store. when finished shopping I started gathering my packages and to put the basket back in place. Terrell walked up and said you can leave your packages in the basket and take it out to the parking lot and ill get the basket. What a great relieve that was and help to me. The majority of my groceries were missing, leaving me without food in my home. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for Walmart+ and relying on your delivery service. I'm also extremely disappointed that I'm still waiting for a call from Customer Service regarding this issue. Not only has no one resolved my concerns, but I'm apparently expected to pay another Express Delivery fee just to receive the items that should have been delivered correctly the first time.
