At the gas pump, you are prompted to enter your Safeway card or telephone number associated with your Safeway card. I don't believe there is an issue with customers who don't have a Safeway card. I did witness a customer inquiring about utilizing the Safeway gas pump without a Safeway card. The customer successfully utilized the pumps without incident. The Safeway Convenient store does offer discounts for Safeway card holders. Please note the Safeway cashier is positioned behind a bullet proof glass. I am looking forward to visiting this Safeway Convenient Store and gas station in the near future.

Since the boxed cases are unavailable, customers must purchase the individual bottles at $1.50 each. I asked if buying six individual bottles could be honored at the case price, which is a reasonable accommodation many stores make when only the packaging is missing. Instead of receiving a respectful explanation, the manager, Jazz, spoke to me in a raised tone, repeated the same incorrect information, and became visibly irritated when I asked for clarification. When I ultimately asked to remove the items from my purchase, he rolled his eyes and responded with frustration. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. After this incident, customer service reached out to me and assured me they would look into the matter. They made a point to calm the situation and promised follow‑up. However, every time I've reached out for an update, I've received no response. The lack of communication only adds to the disappointment. I understand supply issues happen, but the way this situation was handled--both in‑store and afterward--has caused me to lose confidence in the customer service at this location. I strongly recommend improved training for management and better follow‑through from customer service. Customers deserve clear communication and respectful treatment, even when the answer is "no."

It's located at Ritchie Station right next to TJ Maxx, so there's a massive parking lot. But on a weekend, you still may not be able to park close. It's a busy plaza! Upon entering, the aisles are easily labeled and the shelves were quite stocked. I found the juices I came for with no problems at all. Staff were super nice at the register and everything was seamless. There's nothing about this location that makes it stand out from the others -- I do wish that they, like the locations closer to me, had self-checkout. I'm a self-checkout king and I miss it when I don't have it, lol!

Back in the day, Aldi stores had product that was poorly merchandised and the interior of their stores reminded me of food pantries. Very uninviting, disorganized, basic and off-brand...so I avoided them except for the occasional crate of strawberries or piece of fruit - which I would quickly buy, then leave. That was about five years ago. I bought a lime one time I think, but I was building up my nerve over time in small doses lol. I started going into a few more Aldi locations consistently about two years ago after someone turned me on to those CLANCY'S chips. Couldn't believe how good they were and for such a ridiculously low price. For many years prior I was going to regular grocery stores or Walmart/Target spending $4-$6 for a "family size" bag of chips that's two-thirds air anyway. Where those KETTLE brand chips were on "sale" for $2.50 a bag. Otherwise, $5 a bag. I don't buy chips from anywhere other than Aldi now. Same chips $1 a bag, or less depending on which you buy. Although limited, their produce is suprisingly good too. And even some organic stuff if that's your thing. An Aldi cucumber - 49¢. A Safeway cucumber - $1.29 An Aldi avocado - 69¢. Safeway/Giant - $1.59 Mixed salad greens, Aldi $2.49. Safeway - $6. They even sell a smaller size where Safeway only sells the $6 plastic package. The lines are often too long; you bag your own groceries (so bring your reusable bags); no self checkout; buy your plastic bags; all maladies not uncommon to the traditional chains these days so no big deal there. Oh, and you'll pay 25¢ to rent a cart but often people are leaving as you're entering and will offer theirs. Either way, also no big deal. The chips got my attention and reaquainted me with the Aldi brand. I've migrated into the produce so who knows what's next. I'm still working my way up! Pleased to report that Aldi's has also remodeled most of their stores. The chain has grown on me and no longer makes me itch. Scoring = 4 Also, owned by the same folks that own TRADER JOE'S.

I usually don't shop here because there is typically only one person checking people out and the line is ridiculous. I won't be back anytime soon to this or any other location.
