I was told my prescription was ready for pickup a week ago and when I went to get it they told me it's not ready and would be the following day in the afternoon even though I needed it that day. Then I came back today and they tell me it's still not ready. This place is ridiculous with terrible customer service. read more

Walgreen's pharmacy does not stand by the prices they quote you. Paid $38 after insurance for some eye drops. Called in for a refill two weeks later and was told it would be $38 at the counter. Arrived a couple hours later to pick up the prescription and was told it would be $47. Explained to them I paid $38 two weeks ago and was quoted $38 two hours ago. Their policy is "the customer is always wrong". Do business elsewhere! read more

Attendant at front SUPER sweet girl! My daughter had stitches on mouth and needed to get a few things and we came in one minute before closing. Like I said, great service up front but the tall, dark haired man (not sure if he was an attendant or manager) was obviously annoyed and basically told me to hurry up and get out of the store so he could close. I come to this Walgreens daily and would want to know if I was upper management and someone treated my customers this way. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed! read more

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I've been to some pretty bad pharmacies, but this one takes the cake. Prescription takes days to be filled, even if it's medicine you need immediately. I waited 3 days for a prescription to be filled, called multiple times since I wasn't getting call updates about it, kept being given the run around by the employees on why it hadn't been filled. Finally was told it would be ready, came to pick it up, and was told it was accidentally sent to another pharmacy. Then when I expressed to the lady that I had been at work all day and just wanted the medicine so I could get home she was extremely rude, couldn't care less I had waited days for the medicine, and told me I would have to come back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I get being understaffed and over worked, but if you hate your job and can't even find the energy to have a little empathy for someone, then go into a different line of work where you don't have to work with people. I will never have a prescription filled here ever again. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. read more

As schools shut down, social distancing become norms, and TP and Wipes become scarce, it was refreshing to see the best of humanity happening right inside this Walgreens. A very patient Manager (Mandi) and her gracious hard working staff tended to every single customer's inquiries with kindness and sincerity. They were working tirelessly to unload the trucks and get hand sanitizer and disinfectant to customers. And customers rationed limited inventory with grace. Wow wow wow. read more

Went in to get some standard stuff and maybe some stocking stuffers for Christmas. I was able to find everything I needed without a problem. However, there was a lot of boxes and carts in the aisles. I understand they need to restock, but some of it was really inconvenient to get around. It was like trying to shop in a maze. The person stocking the sunglasses (probably an outside vendor) was on her cell phone, discussing some kind of drama. That was kind of unprofessional. The cashiers were nice enough, just not very engaged with the customer. read more

We have been going to this store since it opened. We have experienced excellent customer service. Especially in the pharmacy area. We feel we have met most of the employees and they always want us to have a great experience, pricing, and variety of products. Pharmacy is great. Showed up to the wrong Walgreens to pick up prescription and they still filled it for me anyway, in just a few minutes.

Although this store is like most other Walgreens, it's management is absolutely HORRIBLE and borders on dishonest. I looked up some Vanicreme lotion on their website and the price was $12.69 for a 16 oz bottle. The website had a button on the lotion advertisement that said "find a store" and I chose the closest one to me and went there to get two bottles. When I arrived, I noticed that the same exact bottles of lotion were marked $14.99 each. I showed the cashier their website ad and asked why the difference. She said that "probably one of them had taxes included"! Lol! When I said I didn't think that was the case, and that stores don't include taxes in their posted prices, and that there wouldn't be over $2 in taxes per bottle anyway,she said she'd get the manager. (I originally wasn't upset, I just wanted to know why the difference in price from what they were advertising.) I wasn't in a hurry and waited patiently away from the cashier to allow her to take care of the other customers while I waited for the manager. The manager finally stomped quickly up to within about 10 feet and said that they don't honor the prices advertised on the website for this store and hurriedly walked off. He never looked at the ad and really didn't give a damn. He was not about to discuss anything or say why they didn't honor their ad. (This was NOT an internet offer, it was an ad for THIS STORE!) I'm not a person that causes trouble, and I was trying to be as polite as possible. I just dropped the subject and left, but I'll remember next time. There's a grocery store very close, and I'm sure they carry Vanicreme and most other things I'd normally get at Walgreens. read more

Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. The people here are rude and uncaring. 95% of the time, we always have an issue. The prescription on not ready when promised. They don't have the medicine in stock. They couldn't read the prescription and have a call into the doctor. They don't bill the insurance properly. It is always something. We wanted to go here because it is close to the house and it use to be good but we will need to find somewhere else to go. It is not worth all the issues for the convenience of the location. Someone really needs to investigate their staff at this location. They are only getting 1 star because I can not give them less. read more
