I was having trouble getting a prescription filled and he took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do to get the system to work for me! This store is ALWAYS SOOO BUSY so for him to stop and tend to my needs was nice. Plus, I can't write this review without mentioning Tonia who has been there since day one of my arrival to Colorado Springs. She always has a smile no matter what is going on around her and she makes me feel like I'm her only customer even when the line is out the door! And what can I say about Liz...she may not always be smiling (wink wink) but she always makes ME smile. There's been times when Liz has called just to warn me about a prescription that was too high in price so that I didn't waste my time driving to the store. I'm sure there are many more names to recognize but all in all this is the best pharmacy I've dealt with in my 55 years of filling prescriptions.

Where's my item? (no communication, no item delivery) -2 phone calls to pickup representative. Where's my item? (call answered, but no explanation given) -12 minutes in store, waiting to speak to a store manager/"coach." Where's my item? ...excuses-we lost your item, your item was cracked, I was at lunch, no responded to a call for "manager needed at customer service'" - 4 more minutes waiting for item to be brought to me in the store.
