Pharmacy Technicians are dismissive, snarky unprofessional attitude. My family member with chronic illness prescription wasn't there. No concern or offer to try to figure it out was offered. I couldn't get wifi there to log into the portal to review the providers message and figure it our. Was told by techs that they don't even get wifi passwords. Went outside logged into portal thru unsecured network found the providers message stating they called and talked to staff and sent script. Went back inside talked to tech she got dismissive repeated there was no rx. ​ then got snarky when she went to talk to pharmacist, she came back and said pharmacist didn't talk to your doctor. I repeated myself a second time showing my cell see look this is my providers message stating she talked to staff and sent rx. She went back to pharmacist and talked to him. Now between everything it's been a total of 40 min at this location. Pharmacist comes to talk to me and I showed my cell look the provider called and talked to staff about dosing and sent the script. Pharmacist said the reason he said he didn't talk to provider was because the provider didn't identify themselves as a provider and explained the application the provider used if she didn't order the correct formulation or dosing etc for the medication it would show sent on the providers side and the interface would prohibit from interfacing into the Pharmacy Application. Here I am without any medication much needed for my family member this evening. read more

I really wanted to send my business to a local pharmacy rather than a big chain store or my health insurance mail order service. But, I have had the worst experience with total incompetence and dismissive mess from the Good Day team at two locations (Shields as well as Lemay). Do yourself a favor and send your business elsewhere. read more

I really want to be able to give a good review since it's (in theory) great to have a compounding pharmacy in town. Sadly the absolutely awful customer service made a rough time in our lives even more stressful. When my cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer the oncologist called in some compounded prednisone in a fish flavored liquid for him. I was told it would be a rush order. This was Friday afternoon. Monday evening I received a text from the pharmacy that they needed more info. I called but they had closed. Called first thing Tuesday morning and all they needed was me to verify I was ok with the cost (~$30). I said ok and was told it would be 2-3 days. 4 days later I hadn't heard from them so called only to be told they were waiting for me to ok the price. I told them I'd called days ago. I received an apology and was told it would be done first thing the next morning. By mid afternoon the next day hadn't heard back so called again. This time was told it would be ready by 5pm. When I showed up at 5:10 I was told it would be ready at 5:30. It was finally finished at 5:45. So, my "rush" order took a week to get and the worst part was after all that stress the compounded liquid gave him less relief than the prednisone pills we'd been giving him. We switched back to giving him the pills after 3 days and he had more energy and appetite immediately so I also question the quality of their compounds. read more

They authorized someone to buy stuff with a card that wasnt theirs. Maybe the should check identification cards. I hope what ever that person bought with my card number was worth it. read more

I have been with Good Day for the past 5 years. The staff is always courteous and has been very responsive to my needs. Just recently, I have been working with Anne Carter, consultant. She was able to diagnose an adrenal issue that other doctors had not. She has been wonderful to work with as far as recommendations on treating this issue and has extensive knowledge. These guys are the WORST pharmacy I have ever seen! Now they are using my personnel cell phone number to place AUTOMATED calls to me during working hours so that they can hawk their flu vaccine shots. They have my personnel cell phone number for one reason and one reason only - to facilitate getting my prescriptions filled. I trust these guys with it and then they go and do this kind stuff making call after call. Come on guys! Is it really worth abusing your customers trust to make a few hundred dollars in vaccine sales.? I work for a living and I don't want my cell phone to ring at work for slimy sales calls. Overprized facility, run by a group of bitter women who seem to truly hate their jobs, their customers and specially those of us that speak with an accent. Nasty and rude, they behave as if they are doing a favor to you just by selling you a prescription. They told me my insurance had refused to fill my prescription since it was not authorized until a couple of days later, and they did so while holding the paper the emergency doctor gave me where it clearly stated that the dose had been doubled. When I reminded them of that point they just made an annoyed, scowling face and of course did not even considere to call my insurance again and fix the issue, as if it were not their responsibility and duty. I had shopped there a couple of times and they were never up to the standards of American costumer service, but this was just over the top. If this is the way they treat hardworking professionals and taxpayers I wonder how they treat the rest of the public. Not surprising the place is always empty. read more

I am writing this review only after having repeated bad experiences over the past year or more at this location. Without fail, my prescription renewals are delayed even when I renew two weeks before I run out. Although they always say they'll call when it's ready, they have never once done so. This time did it for me. I requested a renewal two weeks ago. After ten days, I call and the automated system says it's not ready. A couple of days later it says the same thing. I go in today to demand it and find that it was ready a week ago but the pharmacist had forgotten to do the final scan of it so the system did not know it was ready. Although there was not one customer in the store, I had to wait 15 minutes for the pharmacist to scan my prescription. Unfortunately this experience has been par for the course over the past year or so. And, they never apologize. I've shared my concerns via their web site and never even gotten a response. I'm done with Good Day. I'm already in touch with another compounder in Denver who will ship my prescriptions to me. read more
