Yes, you have to have a BiMart card to get in, not a big deal truly! Also, it is an employee owned store which, in my opinion, is awesome. I think some of the problems originate when people are rude to the employees and I've, unfortunately, seen that happen multiple times. I'll keep going there to shop.

Today I encountered the Rudest worker at Bi-Mart, didn't acknowledge me, or say hello. She had an attitude and a scowl on her face the entire interaction. I had an issue with price, advertisement, I even went back to double check and brought picture proof when I returned. Nothing changed, she could give a crap. Technically I should've gotten it for the price listed. She wasn't even listening, didn't want to hear it. I'm sure she rolled her eyes too! I didn't push back, but I should've, or contacted management, but I was already having a rough day and didn't want to get into it with her. She was a white lady, brown hair, probably 40-50 years old, last check stand by the Tobacco, wearing a dress or skirt, with glittery green eyeshadow. 11:45am on Tuesday 10/11/23. I quit coming to Bi-Mart in woodburn for a long time, after multiple interactions with "CUSTOMER SERVICE" workers who were anything but customer oriented. I decided to give it another try....NOTHING has changed. I'm so sick of giving my money and business to these local companies that treat us, their "CUSTOMERS" like trash. I won't be back.....I guess I'll take my business to a big chain where they're friendly and help their customers out.

With lots of parking, on a convenient intersection right off of I-5 and near the Woodburn Outlets, it's very convenient to stop here. And it's spotless - even the bathroom! Really have no idea how so many people have given this store a low rating. I'm an inner City girl, live downtown Portland and have to walk past multiple tents and step over people to get in Walgreens, harassed for money to and from my car. People, seriously, be thankful! Picked up some items I needed, and grabbed some dark chocolate covered marshmallows Easter eggs because the basket in my kitchen counter somehow got raided! Those working here were are friendly and were delighted when I told them how impressed I was with the store. Will definitely stop in when I'm in this area, shopping at the outlets or heading out to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival, Schreiner's Iris Farm or Sauvie Island Dahlia farm. Seems like I'm in Woodburn frequently, especially when the gardens are open!!

We were there in the city for an event, and we happened to stop there for some large sew on snaps…read more I bought all they have in stock! I realized, I needed about 55 package more, I thought I have a great supply @ home, from way back when I did sewed a lot. I was wrong! So, I started trying to find them @ any craft or fabric stores closer to town. But Cutter's have the cheapest in the Portland area. I didn't really care for the price in other stores, but I JUST NEED more, and I'm buying every stock ALL stores have. Since I needed about 48 more packages to finish my job, I was desperate & started shopping online, sadly, they're charging up to $7 for a package @ Amazon, when I orig. bought them @ Cutter's for $1,29 a package. I called the store, explained to her my desperation "and can you order 48 for me?" "The (Dritz) vendor was just here, I'll see if I can catch him!" She called me back, and told me she left him a message. "It will have to be Monday, or when I will hear back from him", she added. (I waited 2 days). She was prompt in getting back with a good news & a bad news. To make the story short, I was satisfied with the good news, they have 20 packages on their way to the store and then left me a message when I could go pick them up! I was really excited, even told her I'll add a Star on my review on YELP, for getting back to me so fast. 30 miles back to Molalla, I went straight to the manager inquiring him about my snaps and are being on hold out in the back room He told me: "you're pretty lucky to get this at a low price since she did looked them up online and she had been charging them TOO LOW!" But after paying for them, and are halfway back home, I found out, she had jacked up the price from $1.29 to $2,79. Fabric Depot or Joan's Fabric were selling theirs $.10-$.20 cents cheaper than that! So why did they do that to me, when I could have ordered them from other stores? If it weren't for me, wanting 48 packages more, they would have continued to sell their products @ a lower price, but I gave them a wake up call, so they CAN RAISE THEIR PRICE UP FOR me? Or was that a mistake to raise their price up AFTER I'VE LEFT! But this is not the end, wait till my Credit Card company hears about this one! Not a happy camper! UPDATE: I called the store & talked to the manager. My box CLEARLY stated how much I was supposed to be charge $1.29 each, and the cashier rung them up by scanning them. I have more orders that's coming up, when I go pick those up, they'll give me the difference and correct the matter! I'm adding them two more stars!

This is definitely a stop I have to make pretty frequently. It's a good one-stop-shop. You can find…read moremost of what you need here. Their prices are not the best around, and selection leaves much to be desired, however, they do have quite a few items that you can't find anywhere else, and the prices are competitive enough that I keep going back. The staff are very friendly and approachable, and even knowledgable for the most part! I find that whenever I have a question they are more than willing to help. Plus, they are definitely friendly to you as you're leaving.

This review is about Walgreens/Providence Express. On 2/10/26 I called my care team at Providence…read more I had what I thought was a fractured jaw. They advised me to go to Walgreens for a 10:40 AM appointment. I visited with a nurse practicioner. He advised that I get an xray at Providence. He said he would line that up for the same day and have them call. It is now 9:45 AM the next morning. Nobody had ever called. One would think that this was a simple problem with a simple solution. Apparently, that is incorrect. Waste of time and money.

UPDATE - This review was written back in March but didn't go live until today…read more I took a prescription for an antibiotic in for my elderly mother on our way home from an emergent hospital visit. They were too busy to fill it despite being open for several more hours. I was told I had to wait in line just to even drop off the script. I chose to return and drop it off first thing in the morning. I again had to wait in line to drop it off and was told it would be at least 45 minutes before it was filled. I politely told the person I couldn't return until the afternoon so to feel free to prioritize other prescriptions over my mother's. Later in the day, I got a text saying the prescription was ready for pick up. When I went in, the cashier said something about it being ready but that the pharmacist had to "cap" it and couldn't right now. I said, "Oh, I got a text saying it was ready. Okay, when will it be?" I wasn't even annoyed. She said, "It is ready. But the pharmacist is busy giving vaccines." So I said, "Well, when will the pharmacist be available?" She said, "Could be 15 minutes, could be an hour, have a seat." I tried a few more times to get her to help me understand if it made sense to wait or come back later. She absolutely refused - rather wanted to insist that the prescription was actually ready, even though I couldn't take it with me (it was just semantics - I never should have been drawn into it - but for the love of God, it's not ready if it's not ready to leave with the customer, right?). I was just stunned. I get that pharmacies are short staffed. I really tried to be understanding. But she was just being unkind for the sake of being unkind. What is the deal these days? Walgreens is asking its customers to show kindness and grace at an unprecedented level and this is how we are treated? And this women clearly just didn't care. I truly don't get it. The good news is that I stopped and spoke to the store manager on my way out and he was super kind and understanding. And the cashier at the front was nice too. Even the other clerk in the pharmacy wasn't terrible (although she absolutely should have been more helpful when she saw how awful her colleague was being). But to the person who was just so rude to me. You ruined my day. I can't imagine that was your intent. But you did. Maybe think about that next time.
