They refuse to sell ANY frozen items at this Walmart for pickup. No real reason just because. It is marked on the app as unavailable or low stock item but upon further investigation it is set that way for every frozen item in the store and only this location. I talked with customer service, and they had no answer for me except they have it set up that way and I should shop at another location. I will just shop somewhere else instead of going out of my way just because they don't feel like pulling frozen items. absolutely lazy read more

It's practically impossible to keep a distance from others. There are too few checkout lines open and long lines at the self service check outs on both ends of the store. If you need paint mixed, go elsewhere, because their paint counter is closed. read more

1. Walking into the store, the greeter starred at me from the minute I entered and didn't greet me but more felt like to intimidate me? 2. Shopping around employees were stocking shelves and I had no problem with that. 3. When I went to register there is only self checkout so I chose the first one I saw. The worker was practically over my shoulder watching me scan everything. I understand theft is a problem (I work retail) but watching over my shoulder just felt so uncomfortable. I only had like 8 items and scanned everything. Just felt like I was being watched at all times. 4. Walking to the exit the same girl from the beginning was starring at me from 100 feet and it was super awkward because that's a long walk to be starred at. It felt like a relief to leave that building. I don't usually shop at Walmart but it was the closest thing to work so I could pick up some snacks/meals. Will not be returning to Walmart especially not the woodburn one. Just because I am in my 20's doesn't mean I am going to steal. Of the many upon many Walmarts I've been to in assorted States, Counties, and Cities this is by far the worst manage one I've experienced over the past ten or more years coming into this area. They close the door closest to the Pharmacy before 7PM on a Spring time evening with good weather. Stating that they are understaffed. The staff roles their eyes at you and are openly disrespectful near the front counter areas while handing out in pairs pretending to fiddle with stuff while opening chit chatting. On a separate visit I had a door attendant come out to my vehicle in the handicapped parking space and just started berating me for using the driveable cart out while I'm going thru chemotherapy and radiation. Telling me how rude I am and a whole bunch over other name calling, etc. huffing and puffing in her angered state. I totally hate coming to this store and try to avoid it as much as possible but since there is hardly any options in this Interstate city between two large metro areas, it's challenging. I doubt they're going to get better any time soon if ever. We vote with our dollars, and trying to get what not from other business is probably better to avoid the monies contributing to Walmart's increase of profits while mediocre service and lame excuses for being so poorly managed. read more

I'm sorry to report that this WalMart "Supercenter" now has only 4 electric carts. The community of Woodburn is growing and its age dis tribution. I visited yesterday and waited for over 30 minutes at the accessories department, but no one came that was able to unlock the watches. I used the TouchPad they provided to ask for help repeatedly to no avail. I asked for help from 3 different employees but none had access to keys or referred me to the touch pad. The employees were great and apologized repeatedly. customer service members but none were able to help. I blame Walmart for not having enough staff avaiable to help customers, whether its due to low pay or staff support. The store has on multiple occasions had myself and other customers wait 15-20 minutes to open a glass case in front of the pharmacy. On each occasion, the bell was rang and multiple requests to employees resulted in unreasonable waiting. It is not acceptable to have this long of a wait to open a case the store chooses to lock. Give more keys or be more responsive to your customers. Update- even went to customer service to ask for help, employee not working with an employee says "you have to wait". You might think that all Walmart's are created equal... well, you are wrong! This Walmart is very different than others that I've shopped at. Service was not fantastic. We needed a flashlight and once we finally found them, we had to have an employee (that we had to wait for a looooong time for) come unlock the case that they were locked in! Who steals a flashlight? What the heck?!? The lines weren't too long, buuuut the checkers were really slow so it took a loooooong time to get thru the line! And getting out of the store, well I guess these guys are trying to be like Costco because you can't get out with out showing them your receipt!!! So the moral of this story is... don't go to this Walmart if you are in a hurry, a thief or have a husband with a small badder who puts the receipt in his pocket and send you out to the car with all your purchases and all the kids!!! read more

Worst store to order from ever! Their online order/pick up service is at best unreliable. Not only did they not have what we ordered, but rather than letting you know and not charging you they charged us and then said oops we dont carry that any longer. Just to pick this order up I had to confirm it x2 then call with the order number, then when they still couldn't find it had to get the manager to help. And after all of the runaround, unfulfilled items etc. I was offered to cancel it and wait 48 hrs to 72 hours for the money to be returned..or the guessed they could fill it and just refund what was missing. At this point I am just hoping that I get the money back! What a waste of time resources and energy. Never again I recommend no one ever use this service..its a joke! read more

I have been ordering online for some time now and used to go pick up my order. Recently due to my 88-year-old mother's health status, I've been having orders delivered. Up until my last order I've only had minor errors from them. However, only my last order they were 2 days late than promised and they gave me a new delivery time 4-5 times but they failed to follow through on. After numerous complaints online and to the store I finally just received the order and was told by the driver that many of their contracted drivers are being allowed to cherry-pick orders based on the amount of tip you or don't offer. They've given me gift codes to try and keep me as a customer. I think I'll use the gift and go elsewhere letting outside contractors dictate what they will or will not do doesn't fly with me. I wasn't ordering Bon Bon's I was ordering food and healthcare products I have to have for my mother. read more

Quality has dropped consistently during my 17 years of being a Woodburn Walmart shopper. I found a product online that was available for pickup the same day and went to the store bc I also needed a few grocery items. Was in the store for over TWO HOURS after picking up the groceries, which only took about 15-20 minutes. The online product wasn't on the shelf and the rest of 2 hours was used to try to find help, locate the item, and ask anyone if there was a place to sit down because I had been on my feet far too long and was having back and hip pain. An associate went to check to see where the product was located but never came back. I finally located her and was told that the product was in the store but not on the shelf and I would have to place an order for it. There used to be a time when, if the product was in storage inside any store, someone could retrieve it for you. Not today in Walmart, anyway. I finally located one single chair near customer service and sat briefly to rest before limping out, then obediently went home and placed an order for my product to be picked up between 6-7 pm. At 6:15 no email notice my product was ready so I went into my account to learn it wasn't being prepared and I could either cancel my order or have it shipped. I don't appreciate a runaround, physical pain, and being required to shop electronically from a brick and mortar store. This was the last straw in too many Walmart issues: waiting in line to have someone check your purchases against your receipt, waiting forever to have a locked glass case opened, wandering around trying to find relocated product placement on shelves, removal of benches for seating if needed, not receiving e-mail notices on grocery pick-up orders, milk that sours days prior to the "best by" date, etc etc. The product I badly needed to have in my hands on February 13th will arrive on February 15th and will be my final purchase from Woodburn Walmart. read more

I would rate this Walmart Location as the worst Walmart in the Oregon. Unorganized and workers are busy talking to each other about their family members and their weekend plans. I am a Retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer and a three tour veteran to Vietnam. I came into the store Wednesday mid afternoon and asked to speak of a Manager. After about 20 minutes waiting she finally came and asked what she could do. I told her that the week prior I saw my (our) United States Flag torn in half on the flag pole. I did not ask, I told her to get someone up there and take it down. "Oh, yes, I will get right on it." I though that she would. Now it's Sunday and it is still on the staff torn in half. I must admit that if it were me and she did not comply I would have her fired for derelction of duty. We, I, many of us have fought for that flag. It may not mean a hill of beans to anyone, but to me it means the world. Her attitude stunk. I am asharmed that somone else had or has not complained. Does anyone care beside me?? First off, I hate to complain, but this Walmart is absolutely horrendous, a joke, despicable, ECT. They don't deserve a star. I shop at the woodburn Walmart literally 4-5 times a week, unfortunately because Fred Meyers isn't close by. Every single time I go there not only are the employees rude, disrespectful, and absolutely show they hate there job, but to find an employee is impossible when I need help and when/if I find an employee they either don't have a clue if Walmart carries what I'm looking for and they don't bother to look it up on the phone they're given to use, I normally get an "I don't know". Or, I get attitude majorly, or they simply say, "I don't know " and walk away before I'm done talking. This Walmart is absolutely the worst one I've ever been to in any state. It's always filthy, garbage everywhere, the shelves are rarely stocked, so much theft happens here to where I find empty packaging literally any and everywhere. Not too many items have a set place. If you want to buy fresh fruits or vegetables, GO TO SAFEWAY. This Walmarts fruits and vegetables are pretty much always bad, wilted, rotten, or severely molded. I've mentioned this to management numerous times and they don't even seem to care. So much of there food items are out of date. I recently went there to buy several bags of potting soils and peat moss. At the self checkout is where the list of what they have is and I'm supposed to pick out what I want, pay for them, and then drive over to the gated area in the parking lot where an employee will help load it into my truck. Well, the list is hardly close to what they actually have in the lot. I paid over $160 on three 2 cubic foot bags of potting soils, three small 8 quart bags of a tropical potting soil mix, and a big bag of peat moss. When I got to the lot to pick them up, I had to substitute my whole order of soils and at the end, because I didn't want to go back inside to be honest, I left with two 2 cubic foot bags of a random potting soil mix and one 1 cubic foot bag of another random bag of potting soil mix. I basically gave Walmart a lot of my money. Insides total was about $160, what I actually left with only totaled around $84. Sad. I mentioned this to management as well, not only did I not get a refund for what wasn't spent, but when I told them they need to update there list of items out there so this doesn't happen to someone else, all I was told was, " well ma'am I don't know what to tell you, we get what we get and that's it". What the hell, this was management. I've even called for assistance while in the store, waited for over an hour and ten minutes and called again only to get called a f*&#ing bitch by the lady at customer service lady. I was honestly shocked they actually answered the phone. They hardly ever answer the phone. But seriously people, unless you want to be severely disrespected, belittled, called names, probably walk out with MRSA, get zero help, and loose or waste your money, then I guess this is the Walmart for you. But I really don't think y'all want to be treated so horribly. This Walmart is a joke and the health department needs to come in, the state needs to come in, ECT. This Walmart should be shut down until they get someone who knows how to manage a store and there employees. Also, I forgot to mention, please keep a close eye on your young children at this Walmart. I've seen so many Hispanics bring in there children and you can literally see from a distance the head lice swarm jumping up and down or off these poor kids heads. Absolutely disgusting. Recently came in for a return with receipt in hand. I walked in with my return items. I saw their employee that stands on the door and made way to the service center. The lady asked me from what door I came from? Told her. Proceeded to tell me that, the guy standing at the door need to mark these items for return? I told her, he didn't stop me. There's no sign at the entrance that's the procedure? Told her, how I am supposed to know this? She spoke to her manager about, asking if she was okay to accept my return?? She told her yes, but proceeded to scold me about it, like it was fault! I was so upset. Told the lady this was not my job nor my responsibility. This Walmart is a super one..meaning you can purchase your grocery goodies here. You can get your big ass TV, diapers for your 12 kids, pringles for your hubby, dog food for your 7 dogs and 13 cats, along with some fried chicken from the deli, watermelons, throw in there some salad kits, and a giant ass Pepsi. That will be your perfect Walmart trip ever because you will find all of those in this store. Oh not to mention, you will get some serious workout from walking all over the store. This is a pretty good Walmart. The store is huge (it is a Super Walmart) and has everything from household goods, groceries, auto, sports, and much more. The store is fairly clean, and merchandise was stocked properly. My wife went into the cosmetics section and were surprised that anything purchased from cosmetics has to be paid at cosmetics. This was a slight inconvenience, as we were not done shopping, so paying twice is kind of inconvenient. I understand their reasoning if that is a high-theft area of the store, but it's still inconvenient. The grocery area is big, and has just about everything you'll need to stock your home with food. I shopped at the pet section (which is closer to the grocery area - most Walmart stores have the pet area by the home/garden area) and found what I was looking for very quickly. The pet section is well-stocked and the prices can't be beat. Overall a good experience and some amazing deals. Walmart is not necessarily the highest quality place (hence 3 stars), but the prices are good, and you can knock out a few things off your shopping list in 1 store, in 1 shot. This store in particular is in a good spot and has ample parking up close to the door. For me, that is very convenient, and I would go back. read more

Customer service in this Walmart is terrible. Was in the store a few days ago to get some fabric cut. It took almost 10 minutes to track someone down who was able to cut the fabric. She was rude and acted as if I was putting her out. Was back there today to get some more of the fabric. Same situation. Waited almost 20 minutes. The person in Electronics did page twice for someone to come back there to no avail. I wound up calling the store on my cell phone, asking for a manager in order to get the fabric cut. An Assistant Manager actually came back and did the cutting. If you are looking for customer service, do not go to this Walmart. read more

Terrible customer service. Could not find an employee to unlock the pet flea medication that I wanted to purchase. Called the business directly several different times only to be told someone would be right over, or was transferred to the pet department that had no phone... not sure where the call transferred to, and another time someone answered and hung up, and answered and left the phone off the hook and could hear employees talking about going to break. I waited 5 minutes in between phone calls to be fair and give them time to come to the area. Two of the times I demanded a manager come and help me. No one ever came. Ended up deciding that Walmart is a big box retailer and that the few dollars I was willing to spend probably wasn't going to drastically change income for the day. Left all of what would be my purchases in the cart in the pet department. Haven't been back and it's been over a couple of months now. read more
