Smartway Roofing was the right choice! We had storm damage and my insurance approved to pay part of…read moreit. We got 3 bids and Smartway was right in the middle. I knew a few neighbors that had a very good result from Smartway so we went that route. We decided to tackle some other exterior updates like stucco and gutters. Jose from Smartway coordinated very well with the other contractor to make sure everything was timed perfectly. The stucco guys removed the existing stucco on the dormers which allowed us to get flashing and ice and water shielding that would prevent future damage. Jose worked with me on some upgrades for our vents which meant repairing holes from the turtle vents and upgrading to ridge vents. I wanted maximum water protection where we had prior damage from ice damming. We upgraded to "W Valleys" that improved water removal and looks great. Jose and team took extra time on flashing and kick out flashing to get the water to the gutters as fast as possible. We experienced some rain storms midway through the project and Jose came to the house to make sure everything was sealed up and that the water was running as needed. I have zero complaints about the quality of work and fairness in pricing. Smartway isn't the biggest company but I would rather a smaller crew of excellent workers vs an army of mediocre workers that slam through a job.

In 2020 we had facia and soffit replaced by another company which resulted in need for repair/patching of the roof. IWC evaluated the impact of the new soffit and facia on the integrity of the roof and patched the roof at a fair price, cleaned up and did the job quickly and professionally. In fall of 2021 a resident advised us of a leak in their apartment after a hard rain. I called Braden with IWC, he answered the call even though he was on vacation! He coordinated having a repairman check out the leak the next day. The second repair (see attached picture) They told me the repair was part of the warranty and there would be no charge. They took pictures and explained the reason for they leak and the repair. IWC's customer service and quality of work is excellent. The more I work with IWC the more confident I am that we picked the right company to install our roof. They are professional, responsive and care about their customers. I highly recommend IWC.
