After spending $275 on 23 items of dry cleaning most of my things and my daughter's things are shrunk and unwearable! I cannot possibly be the only customer in the FishHawk area that this has happened to. Of course when talk to the manager / representative Barbara she will tell you to bring the items back in and she will look up the manufacturer sizing and determine if it is a manufactured product defect. This is unacceptable! This cleaners also ruined a cashmere sweater last winter that I was paid a fraction of the price back for after having to return the sweater to be "stretched" multiple times. Just ridiculous! Anyone that uses this cleaner get ready your clothes are not gonna be the same. They will be ruined and you were going to pay on average $12-$15 an item just get ready! I am new to the area and needed to drop off some dry cleaning (I noticed a Hillsboro Officer come out with his uniforms) I thought great no better review if he goes here. I brought in a long dress, a man's suit including tie and shirt, four blouses that I wear to work. I specified that I at least need the suit and the dress by Wednesday. "Sure, no problem" is what I was told. I call Tuesday afternoon - "yes, they should be back tomorrow". Arrive Wednesday morning and gave my info. The counter lady said "Oh, those aren't back." WHAT! She said she would look again in the back. She comes out with the suit pants, two blouses, and a dress (That wasn't mine). She said to come back later that day. The suit shirt and tie and my dress were there. Out of the four blouses one was available. Okay, I can wait for the others - I get a call saying they had an issue with one of the blouses 'after following the care directions' the blouse bled black onto the ivory blouse. Basically, they ruined this blouse. I will not be using them again. And I do not recommend. Sorry to say. read more

If I could give less than 1star I would. This place is overpriced and they damage half the clothes and do not take responsibility or are even decent people about it. Do not use these people. There are delivery and pick up cleaners less expense with better service . read more

Consistently unpredictable and unreliable on when you get your clothes back. No such thing as a defined 1-day, 2-day, 3-day service. You just never know. Always "machinery breaking down" or "trucks delayed". Good customer service reps but the same excuses get old. The worst part is they have no competition locally except Tide Cleaners which is crazy expensive. read more

Sage Cleaners (Fishhawk) is the worst cleaning experience I have ever had.  I would not recommend anyone who values their property use this mediocre establishment.  It took one month, 4 cleaning and 8 phone calls to get my issue resolved.  I dropped my King Comforter Set off to be cleaned.  When I got it back is had a very strong chemical odor.  I returned it and was told it would be re-cleaned.  It came back again with the same odor.  I spoke to the manager, and she assured me that this issue would be resolved so Sage took it for cleaning a 3rd time.  After 3 weeks and several conversations with the manager my comforter came back again with the same issue.  I call the manager again when it was returned the 4th time and she was very abrasive and stated I don't know why it came back this time.  I simply stated YOUR STAFF at the Fishhawk location said they could still smell the odor and would return it.  She seemed very annoyed which baffled me because Sage Cleaners is the cause of the issue.  Her attitude is indicative of what I would expect since the owner has a lackadaisical attitude when it comes to customer service. I spoke to the owner and relayed my experience, and he was unapologetic.  He stated that he did not get involved in the day-to-day issues concerning a single garment, that is what his managers do.  I was taken aback that the owner could care less about my issue (the single garment).  I would think a single garment would be of concern as that is what started and sustains his business.  Also, he was not truthful about being aware of the situation because when I stated I was unsure of the date I dropped my comforter off, he quickly stated it was on January 10th.  Apparently, he had been briefed, he just chose not to engage the matter.  A simple I'm sorry for your inconvenience and we will ensure the issue gets resolved would have been sufficient.  Rather he just chose to be complacent.  That is a true testament as to why you should not use this mediocre cleaner. We have use their services at least once a month for dry cleaning for over a year and haven't had an issue yet. The labor shortage is definitely affecting them so garments are taking longer to receive. read more

Let's be honest the majority of dry cleaners put out the same end product. So it boils down to value and Sage cleaners is RIDICULOUSLY expensive, save your money and go anywhere else. read more

This complaint is due to the poor customer service and second set of lost clothing at your dry cleaners. This is the second time they have lost our clothing items. This is an unacceptable second occurrence and we demand monetary reimbursement. I have made calls and have traveled been back and forth to the above location for over two weeks as they attempted to locate the last part of my order that Brianna called to tell me was ready for my pickup on 08/04/23 at 4:04pm. This was 4th part of my 4 orders left 07/17/23. No one can locate my order and today Barbara who returned the call that she promised yesterday, her remedy was a store credit for our 4 items of $200.00. I explained that a store credit is NOT acceptable as we are not utilizing your services again for yet a THIRD lost set of clothing. It is clear there is problem with Sage and we are not going to keep allowing your cleaners to lose our clothing. Second, her credit is an insult as the 3 of the 4 missing items are men's Johnston & Murphy button down dress shirts that retail for $109.00 and up EACH. Her calculation of a "credit" of $40.00 each is NOT acceptable. Barbara said Brianna that Brianna was new and perhaps whoever does have our dry cleaning may bring it back. It is their problem and we should not have to wait for some customer to bring back our clothes. We expect a full monetary reimbursement of $380.00 for the 3 men dress shirts and the 1 ladies dress shirt. I expected a call from the President of Sage Cleaners or his representative to advise when we can expect our check. I will be providing a negative customer review on all media channels expressing our dissatisfaction with your company and service as well as the Better Business Bureau. It is lunacy to believe they can lose our clothing, essentially steal our clothing, AGAIN and then offer us half the value of said clothing as a credit for service that your company clearly cannot provide with any confidence. No one has contacted me. read more
