Gutter repair man came out and connected the gutters using some sort of glue, the repair man said the original steel gutter support that was ruined & just tossed on the ground was " cut & there was absolutely no reason for it" I do believe this was done out of spite as the roofers were packing up to leave, due to the fact that I did not offer them a tip. Well, this old woman could not afford a tip after paying what I did for a new roof!! Repair of the gutter cost me $95.00 & this company refuses to reimburse me. I have the gutter support piece safely put away for the day I'll need to take them to small claims court.

He blames her saying she has had someone else up there, trying to get out of his guarantee and now he will not honor the work he did. I think he actually miss diagnosed the leak area in the first place but it really it makes no difference. The company stole my mothers money and hassles her every time there is a problem. Not recommended! The positive reviews are from people that had no problems, if this guy makes a mistake on your roof, things change and you pay for it with verbal abuse and hassle!

Four weeks since they cleaned and smoke billowing into the house. Called and left message to which no response but finally reached them. Short story: the man was very rude and dismissive ...you burn stuff like paper and pine (no I do not - just burn cedar and madrone) and the chimney cap gets clogged...that's your problem". Asked him why after only 4 weeks when I've never had a problem before. " I get these calls all the time, sometimes even after one week (says a lot about the job they do)....Then he hung up on me. Last year $140. This year $200 for about 20-25 minutes of work. I find that anyone who cares about their business and has any integrity, actually looks at these reviews and responds. Note that this guy does not. Ironically, was considering getting a quote from these folks to paint my home - that's now out! Maybe he's overcome by holiday stress? Either way, being rude and blaming the customer is not a good way of doing business. Good thing about capitalism is that there is always somebody else other than this jerk.
