I had to go home with my bad tooth and come back another day. It wasnt due to infection as i already took antibiotics. Their sales pitch took oriority over my rotten tooth. It was irritating and i may have responded differently had they took 5 minutes to tell me what the plan was with each area. I know big words and the scientific names... but yeah im not going to agree to a blind diagnosis and treatment to the tune of 45,000 bucks That seems pretty excessive. I respect the abilities but is anyvtrade c skill worth THAT MUCH for 5 or 6 hrs work holeee crap

Their is seasonal pride in decorating the place and gift giving to your kids. Katie, the dental assistant, was very friendly and related to me because she had lost a retainer and told me some tips and tricks to prevent me from losing it again. The pricing was as affordable as it could be. Definitely the cheapest orthodontist office I've been to at the beach. I shopped around for a new permanent retainer and ended my journey here after I heard the price (almost a third of the price everyone else was looking for). The front desk team deserves an award for being friendlier than my own family, and the dental staff? Absolute pros. When we call for appointments, one of the receptionist, not Sonya, acts like she is trying to deter you from making an appointment and can also be confusing when explaining things. I went in yesterday and told the x-ray technician which tooth had an issue. She barely listened, x-rayed the wrong tooth and had to redo it. Then, I was charged for an additional x-ray.
