They provided a quick estimate for the replacement parts and gave me a clear timeline of when they would be available. Once the parts arrived, they actually prioritized my installation to get the heater running again. Robert was especially great to work with. He is knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process properly. Even after the job was done, they provided excellent post-installation support over the phone to answer a few follow-up questions I had. I will definitely work with them again!

Outstanding HVAC Experience With Product Air…read more My wife and I had to replace our entire HVAC system after a house fire. It was a complicated process due to new energy code requirements and the challenges of a full rebuild. As a homeowner, I felt overwhelmed and knew I had a steep learning curve if I wanted to make good decisions about both the system and the contractor. Thankfully, my realtor referred me to Product Air! Initial Consultation Because this was a rebuild, coordination among different trades was critical. From the very first meeting, I felt confident in Product Air. Randy and Eli took the time to explain every option and system choice in detail, helping me understand what would best suit our home. They also helped me visualize how the system would perform and be configured, showing real patience and clarity. Their bid stood out among the five I received for its fair pricing, value, attention to detail, and professionalism. Installation and Workmanship Product Air worked seamlessly alongside my other contractors, keeping things on track and reducing my stress. The installation team--Mikha and Oleh--did an outstanding job with the rough-in. They were personable, communicative, and respectful of my home and input. I especially appreciated that they built an exceptionally sturdy attic platform for the heat pump, which reassured me about the unit's security. Mikha even noticed a vent pipe another contractor had taped together--a potential fire hazard--and fixed it at no charge. That kind of care and safety really shows Product Air's culture: doing the right thing even when nobody's watching. Project Coordination and Customer Service Robert, who coordinated the project, was consistently responsive, answering every question and following through on every detail--including adjustments like the exterior drainage pipe. After the final inspection, only minor tweaks were needed, and the team addressed them promptly. During the trim-out, Denys and Oleh returned to complete the final setup and make sure everything looked great. They were professional, kind, and responsive to my questions. Denys recommended adding a circuit breaker to the exterior unit, which I agreed to, and Oleh double-checked that I was happy with how the vents were installed. Communication and Transparency Throughout the project, the office staff--Alisa and Taylar--were quick, polite, and organized with scheduling and billing. Every interaction with Product Air reflected professionalism and genuine pride in their work. The only small bump was not being informed in advance that installing the communication cable would require electrical work from my contractor. This added unexpected costs that weren't in the original bid. It would have helped to know that earlier, but once I brought it up, the team handled it transparently and kept communication clear for the rest of the project. Follow-Up and Final Thoughts After completion, Robert followed up with filter and maintenance guidance, which gave me confidence in caring for my new system. It runs beautifully, and I'm grateful to have heat again as winter approaches. Product Air's pricing was mid-range compared to other bids, but the value was unmatched--thanks to their honesty, workmanship, and trustworthy team. Aside from that one small communication gap, my experience with Product Air was excellent from start to finish. They exceeded my expectations in professionalism, quality, and follow-through. I highly recommend Product Air to anyone needing a new HVAC system--especially for complex projects. They stand by their promises, take pride in their work, and treat their customers with genuine care and respect. Don't hesitate to reach out to them!

In every situation, the entire staff from beginning to end has been excellent. Based on my experience, here is what to expect when you reach out to Dickson (all names mentioned are just a few excellent folks worth shouting out about that have helped me)... Kaylee will assist you on coordinating a time for George to come by to provide you with a free estimate. Within a few days, he will follow up with you on a detailed estimate. Unlike other electricians out there, this won't be someone with an iPad in their hand quoting from some franchised app that is 3x what it should be. In every situation, the prices given were FAIR considering the excellent service they offer. Once approved, Kaylee will coordinate a time for one of their professional, experienced and down to earth electricians like Kyle and Aaron to come out (sorry to the few other names that have escaped me). They will arrive on time (shocker, I know) and complete the job exactly as you'd expect. If any issues arise, which inevitably can happen, they are very clever in their solutions. It's very difficult to find someone you can trust like Dickson Electric. Assuming they continue to offer this excellent type of service, they have a customer for life.

Seatown Review: Before You Hire, Read About Our Experience…read more We hired Seatown because of a previous positive experience with one of their plumbers. When our water heater failed, we contacted them again for a replacement and several electrical projects, including an EV charger installation. The salesperson who came to our home told us he could offer a particularly good deal and an additional 10% discount if work started immediately. Based on those representations, we signed the estimates and proceeded. Shortly after work began, we started researching the pricing and became concerned that the quoted costs were far higher than market rates. For example, we were quoted approximately $7,500 for a replacement water heater and installation. Our later research indicated the unit retailed for about $2,350, leading us to question the overall pricing. In total, Seatown's billings approached $17,000. Based on our own research and discussions, we believed a reasonable price for the completed work was closer to $8,500. We requested a detailed review of the charges before making additional payments. After discussions with Seatown, the company reduced the total cost by approximately $7,000. We ultimately paid about $8,500, including our down payment. We also discovered that a required electrical permit had not been obtained before work began. The permit was secured approximately one month after completion of the work. During the subsequent city inspection, the work initially failed inspection and required corrective action before ultimately passing. Our concerns were not with the workers themselves, who were generally professional and courteous. Rather, they involved the pricing, sales process, and permit handling. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend obtaining multiple bids, asking detailed questions about permits, and carefully reviewing pricing before signing any agreement. Doing so could save you thousands of dollars.
