It was an hour long appointment, and I was waiting for the first half an hour with no updates on how much longer I had to wait. I got frustrated and left the place. Now you'd expect that they'd at least give you a courtesy call and follow up, but I got no follow-up call, and no apology for wasting my time and for their poor management. I don't think I can trust this place or their advisors with my money or any financial advice if they can't respect my time, and worse, even acknowledge their mistake. This place is horrible.
