The rooms are small but sweet and clean. They have a secure standing 'travel chair' to move the disabled to the shower and to the bathroom. The outside areas are exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was the owner of the company that canceled it. It was his name on the email. I do not recommend this company. They obviously don't care about people that need help.
