The restaurant opened its doors in December of 2024. We had excellent customer service by our waitress Naomi. Jenny the owner, came over to check on our table and was very friendly and welcoming. The sheep head had little meat, on its face, dry and nothing but bone, smaller heads. Navajos don't do rare, med well, it's gotta be cooked completely with zero blood existing on the mutton. We drove many hrs to come here, left disappointed. This place is famous for its roasted meats, it's not like it was when we stopped there with the grandparents.
