Just left Gallup Coffee Co. Extremely pleased. Got the biscochito latte (decaf w/ oat milk) and a chocolate chip cookie. First, the kid at the counter was adorably friendly and personable. Second, but more importantly (sorry, kid), the coffee is delicious. Seriously. My hard-to-please husband took a sip and declared it the best coffee he's ever had. Honestly, that is a very big deal. My only regret is getting a small size bc now I feel like I have to give him this coffee. Third, that chocolate chip cookie was incredible. I'm hard to please when it comes to baked goods. The cookie was just a little bit crunchy outside, soft and a bit gooey inside. Perfection. Only wish we weren't just passing through so I could both regularly. read more

We were looking for a good cup of coffee before we head out of town and up to Colorado. This place really looked like the only option. They roast their own beans, which is nice. When we arrive on Friday at 9 AM, there was street parking available. It's a very nice and large coffee shop with a clean bathroom and a large seating area inside. They have lots of beans for sale. They ordered a large mocha and we're torn between the blueberry muffin and the coffee cake option. The blueberry muffin is OK but will try the coffee cake next time. The muffins kind of heavy and dense. The mocha was delicious! read more

I used to live in this town and really missed this place so I stopped in here on a weekend morning for a visit. This coffee shop has expanded and now occupy the corner space and they have so much more room now. The old space is now where they bake, nice! At 8am, it was pretty quiet in here and the space is beautiful with lots of natural light. I ordered an iced latte and had a bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. I sat at a window seat looking into downtown Gallup and ate my food happily. Coffee and bagel were good. I really missed this place and it's a nice coffee shop in downtown Gallup. read more

We popped into this coffee shop this morning on the advice of a fellow Yelper, and it was a great find. I was able to order an iced almond milk latte and my husband just had regular drip coffee, which he said it's some of the best coffee he's had in a long time! He went so far as to make me try it and agree, lol. We also split a toasted bagel with cream cheese. You can tell this is a very popular spot. The coffee shop is on one side connected to the bakery on the other side and they also had a much more extensive breakfast menu. The place was getting busy when we left. Staff were super friendly and everything was ready very quickly. Definitely recommend the spot if you are downtown exploring. read more

I got coffee from here a couple of times during my short stay in Gallup. I tried the cold brew and the iced coffee; I preferred the cold brew slightly more. The only thing I disliked is that I didn't seem to get much of a buzz after drinking a large cold brew and a small cold brew back-to-back, which led me to believe the coffee is a bit on the weak side. I tried a chocolate chip cookie and it was delicious; not too soft, not too hard, with a yummy, homemade taste. The ambiance inside the coffee shop is chill and the barista is a chill dude as well. The service was friendly. I appreciated getting to try some local coffee while I was in Gallup, and I'd recommend checking them out for yourself. read more

Wife and I only had a short time in Gallup. We loved the downtown with its old-style Route 66 vibe. And if you've read any of my other reviews, you know we love our coffee. We go on coffee dates. Coffee is our love language! So we had to try Gallup Coffee Company. My wife had the drip, while I went for the cold brew. Both were excellent! Rich, but not bitter. This was one of the better cold brews I've had in a long time. We also tried the egg puff pastry, which was a muffin-shaped quiche with green chile and cheese. Very tasty. Gallop Coffee Co This was more of a coffee shop than a restaurant which was okay as we were just looking for a quick breakfast. It was similar to a Starbucks but far less expensive and better food choices. My wife had a bagel with cream cheese and some coffee. I had a hot cocoa, and a breakfast sandwich, which was basically a basket with an egg and bacon in it. They specialize in coffee there and my wife said it was really good. The coffee was pretty good too, but the breakfast items were fairly ordinary. If you are looking for a good cup of coffee and a place to kick back for a bit, this could be the place you are looking for. read more

It's been a while since we've been in, but it's been great to see how they've expanded the space. The menu was lovely and the service was great. We got to reconnect with Emilio who we used to see over at Angela's. Space was bright and open. Drinks were lovely. We got the Aztec latte, Biscochito latte, and a vanilla latte. Great local coffee spot. I got the biscochito latte and the gluten free brownie. Get the brownie....You'd never know it was gluten free!! This isn't your normal coffee spot that mass produces their coffee, so it'll take a few minutes for the craft. Service was friendly. Driving back to Phoenix from Denver and came across this little place. The quality of the coffee was outstanding. I got a latte and my husband had a cold brew. I told him that the latte was better than 85% of Phoenix coffee shops. It didn't taste like milk, instead having a rich coffee flavor balanced with the milk. Additionally, the biscuit breakfast sandwiches were tasty AF. Seasoned to perfection...honestly can't wait to stop here again as we drive back and forth between CO and AZ often. I'd been wanting to check out Gallup Coffee Company for awhile because their instagram pics are all so cute! I finally had the opportunity to stop by while I was driving from Albuquerque to Phoenix. I got there early in the morning, around 7:20 AM and was happy to get that energy boost for a very early drive. They are located off of the Gallup main-street area and totally worth the little detour if you are driving through. They have a good amount of space if you decided to sit for awhile as well as a ton of merch for a small shop. When I arrived, I was one of handful of customers but service was fast. I got a vanilla latte and it was fantastic, I also grabbed a branded cup that I am so happy to add to my collection. I highly recommend checking them out if you have a few minutes to spare on a drive through or for whatever occasion. read more

Traveling through Gallup, I stopped at this coffee shop to order coffee since it had other great Yelp reviews. I ordered an egg puff and the boschiotto latte. I had to get the egg puff from the other side of the coffee shop that serves food. It was really good, flavorful, light and filling. The coffee was good and strong. I added a few packages of sweetener, but it tasted pretty good prior. I prefer to spend money at the smaller coffee shops and this one didn't disappoint. They have bagels and pastries and they were selling shirts and other paraphernalia of the store. It was quaint, and clean. Basic menu. The staff was nice enough.
