We found this restaurant on Yelp and ordered ahead since they closed at 5. Our order was not ready at the requested time, so we had to wait for them to finish it up. When the worker handed it to us, I asked if utensils were in the bags and he assured me they were. They were not. It makes it very difficult to eat pho in particular without the right utensils. We ordered: - Spam Musubi: not sure why they put the sauce on the side. The point of this dish is that the spam is cooked in the teriyaki sauce. - Spring rolls: these were very good. Probably the best thing we ordered. - Fried egg roll: also very good. Really liked the dipping sauce - Fried rice with spam: the spam was not cooked into the rice. It was thrown on the rice and was super dry, almost like they had deep fried it. The rice overall also had a weird flavor. - Pho with brisket: broth had a different flavor than we're used to, but it was flavorful. Veggies were fresh. - Honey soy butter chicken with rice: I didn't taste the honey or the soy, but it had good flavor. It was pretty greasy though. - Boba: Taro and milk tea were both pretty watered down and boba didn't have any flavor. They have a large seating area and had country music playing.

A Filipino place in the middle of nowhere New Mexico?! I can barely get a good Filipino spot in a city like St. Louis and Gallup, NM has this spot? Anyway, I got here like 20 min before close and they were nearly out of everything. I ended up getting what was left of their pork adobo, a bbq pork skewer, a vegetable egg roll, and an ube hopia. The pork adobo and bbq pork were both made using good chunks of pork with some bits still having the skin and some still having the good marbling of fat. Either way it was delicious and 100% no complaints. The egg roll was a little floppy, but really hit the spot. No one would ever call it gourmet, but it hit the spot like only good "comfort" food would. The hopia was really dry though, I'd pass on that. If you have time, also hit up the Filipino market right next door for some road trip snacks!

10:00pm on Christmas Eve. Trying to get home before Christmas and kids needed to use the restroom…read more A lot of the gas stations were closed and this one was open. Internet said open 24 hours. Walk in and a song that said "Restrooms Closed for Cleaning" we waited until they were opened. Cashier was on the phone the whole time even had a customer waiting for her to finish up the call. Another two families walked in to use the restroom and my husband at that time asked if the restroom were opened and cashier said No. you can't tell me you're going to work all Christmas Eve night and not use the restroom. Cashier was simply rude and had a nasty attitude and poor customer service.
