Passed through NM for the first time and stayed nearby. Loved this place! We ordered two big pizzas and two strawberry arugula salads. YUM! There were three of us and there were no leftovers. Please open another location in Southern California!

You won't be disapointed here. We read a lot of reviews and figured we would try it. It surpassed our expectations. The owner was very nice and we chatted for a while. The patio dining area is very quaint and nice. They have live music on some evenings. The pizza was great!!! They will be gettng their beer and wine license in April, 2026. We don't live in the area, but if we did, we would be here at least once a week.

We have arrived. It took us all winter - but we finally stopped in at 305 Fire here in Gallup, and let me say that without any shade towards our locality, we felt transported to San Francisco, Miami, or perhaps even some hidden away gem in Palermo. From the unassuming adobe facade right off 2nd street, to the encahnting Koi pond with real lily pads, and the unforgettable first bite into a crust so light, that it can reasonably be described as "delicious air" - we were simultaneously wowed and humbled by our first dining experience at 305 Fire. Like seriously, somebody went to Pizza school. My girlfriend and I more than appreciate the goopiest, cheesiest, drippy slice of NY or deep dish whenever we can find it out of town, but we're undoubtedly committed to coming back often - especially to soothe our big box store stresses. This Pizza made us think about life. Shoutout to Duvi! She was pleastant, knowledgeable, and had some jokes. Question: Does "305" represent the oven temp, or an area code?

Not what I expected. I have seen this little treasure tucked away, with an inviting fire that is lit on days they are open (for now Thursday-Saturday). The sign "Wood Fire" pizza enticed me to give this place a try. Walking in was like entering a familiar home. You are immediately hit with the aroma of warm smells coming from their ovens, toasting fermented pizza dough, complemented by their various toppings from basil, fennel sausage, green chilis and pepperoni. Check the menu there is something for every one. I ordered a Margherita pizza and Balsamic Strawberry salad. The salad came first it was refreshing arugula, with sweet strawberries balanced by salty peppercorns, goat cheese (which isn't everyone's bag but could not be left out) it was all wrapped up in one delectable earthy bite. It was only an introduction to what came next. The Margherita pizza, this is always a go to for me with three simple ingredients tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella. These staples were not understated, not one bit. The scent of basil hit me before I had my first bite. Not what I expected to find on a busy road in the middle of old town Gallup. The sauce was full bodied like a tasteful explosion of slow roasted tomatoes. The mozzarella dressed the red sauce with a golden bubbly melty flavorful interior. Every bite was a spatter of flavor. Try it for yourself. I think you will be impressed. Even if you are just looking for a cozy atmosphere, it's almost like you are in another city/town. I ordered their chocolate chip and double chocolate cookies to go-- th that look amazing. I cannot wait to go back.

Absolutely the best wood fired thin crust pizza I have had.... Hands down sensational. Service was impeccable and super friendly. The owner came over and chatted with us. Explained all about their dough process and flour that they use. Just made our visit top notch. Can't say enough how great. The char and taste of their pizza is sensational.

Have to say this is the best pizza I've had in a long time. The special of the month was amazing! Pasito and fig pizza! The other pizza were also amazing! Definitely will be back! The owner, was so helpful and so sweet!

Custom pizza with pepperoni, mozzarella and prosciutto his favorite

The place had great pizza and a cool Outdoor patio with excellent staff to boot. I can't remember his name but one of the owners went well beyond to help me and my son get back to our hotel when Uber stopped picking people up. It's very rare to find people like this in the world that genuinely go out of their way to help people out and we appreciated his generosity and will come back again on our next business trip. Thank you

Everything was delicious. My friend had a schwarma sandwich in pita, which she enjoyed. For dessert, the baklava was not homemade but they had 2 kinds of imported, and we tried both. They were tasty, though not crispy. The Turkish coffee was strong snd hot, not too spiced. Definitely eat here if local, and skip the chains!

She asked if we would like to eat in or takeout. We chose to eat in. We were told to seat ourselves and then she brought us some silverware, rolled in a paper napkin and some water. The restaurant is clean, other than the floors that could use a good mop. The majority of the restaurant are booths with a few tables and chairs centered in the middle. I ordered the lentil soup with pita, and my husband ordered the chicken Shawarma sandwich. The lentil soup came out right away with a large pita. The lentil soup was hot in temperature butt did not have much flavor. It wasn't bad it just could use a bit more spice. I also prefer my lentil soup to have a bit more texture. The lentils seem to be more of a purée. The pita was extremely disappointing. It was more like a soft hardtack. Very dry. Very thin. No flavor. My husbands sandwich was fine. The chicken had good flavor, as did the sauce. But again the complaint is the pita. Too dry and flavorless. The french fries were slightly undercooked but had good flavor. Aria was our waitress. Very sweet and kind. She made our experience here. The service is quick and efficient. The food is appropriately sized. Overall, I would give this place 10 stars for Service of all their employees. I would give six stars for the soup. I would give Six stars for the sandwich and fries. And the pita bread gets a one. I hope they can find a new recipe for the pita and the overall stars would be much higher.

When we arrived at 6:30p the parking lot was packed - and on a Wednesday! We waited for about 20 minutes and then were seated. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip, which is served with warm baguette slices - perfection. For entrees we had the meatball linguine and the chicken Parmesan- meatballs are house- made and were so flavorful, chicken on the parm was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Entrees are served with a side salad and their ranch was to die for- so thick and creamy. For dessert we had the chocolate gelato, which was the cherry on top of the meal. Yum! The place stayed busy until we left around 8 - a big party was waiting to be sat. The staff are very hard workers - they were busting their butts all over the restaurant for the duration of our meal. Our server (we didn't get his name, unfortunately) was wonderful. Highly recommend, and if we're ever back in Gallup, we'll definitely grab another meal here!

We were served undercooked pizza--twice--and it completely ruined our dinner…read more On the very first bite, I could feel that the dough was sticky and raw. When I checked the pizza, it was clearly undercooked, so we sent it back. We expected it to come back properly cooked, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. When the pizza was brought out the second time, it was still doughy and undercooked. I took photos of it, and they show multiple different slices--all of which had the same raw, gummy texture across the entire slice. This was not just one bad piece. Because of this, we didn't even get a chance to actually eat the pizza. That was our dinner, and we ended up leaving without being able to eat it. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The manager insisted it was "ranch sauce" and claimed the pizza was cooked thoroughly, which is simply not accurate based on both the texture and appearance. I was also told I was the only person to complain, as if that somehow made the issue invalid. Regardless, we were served undercooked food--twice. They offered a $5 discount on a $21 pizza that we couldn't even eat, which did not feel like a fair resolution. Very disappointing experience overall--not just because of the food, but because the issue was dismissed instead of taken seriously.
