He will tell you if you don't have the proper anatomy for a piercing which is a GOOD thing. A couple of weeks after I had my tragus pierced, it got snagged in my hair and pulled out. My daughter and I desperately tried to get it back in, but only made it so much worse and more swollen. I called Tom and he told me to come in. He got it back in and gave me some instructions to help the damaged me and my daughter did. He told me to call him in a week or two with an update. Their price was half of what I was quoted at another place. But what I loved most was the amount of knowledge the technician had. She said they have to study 2 years on all kinds of subjects including health and the medical aspect of piercing before they can get licensed. She was gentle and did a great job piercing my ears. The after care instructions were printed and very clear and I didn't have any trouble at all. I will definitely return if I have any other body piercing done.

Let me just say that being my first tattoo I was cautious in finding a good artist in a clean, comfortable location. The entire experience from scheduling to the preparation to the actual appointment including aftercare was seamless and simple. PROCESS- 5/5: I messaged them using Yelp because they were unavailable to answer the phone. Within minutes I got a response asking for more details on what I had in mind. After a couple back and forth we were encouraged to come into the shop and speak to Panther in person so we could make something happen. PRICING- 5/5: We sat down and discussed a vision, the cost came last. He's human just like the rest of us though so I'm 100% if you have a budget I wouldn't doubt you all can figure something out together.
