I want to update that after working directly with the team at Frost River. They followed through and made it right. The waist belt arrived as promised, and it's exactly what I expected. I also received clear clarification that the belt is intended more for stability than true load-bearing, which helped set appropriate expectations for how this pack is designed to perform. More importantly, I want to acknowledge how this was handled. Richard and the team took the feedback seriously, made meaningful updates to their product page to prevent future confusion, and went above and beyond with thoughtful extras and a handwritten note. That level of accountability goes a long way. The pack itself is outstanding--top-tier craftsmanship, materials, and build quality. In the end, they stood behind both their product and their customer, and I'm glad to be keeping it.

Quality made products that also have some serious appeal to them as well, very nice looking and feeling. An easy store to get lost in, not lost as in cannot find your way but lost in the enjoyment of browsing and shopping. Some items are a tad on the speedy side BUT, you get what you pay for here.

I found unique items and also cutting-edge items that I would find in New York City. Unbelievable visit for sure. I don't believe you'll have a disappointing visit. The location is placed in a great spot in a quality mall. The hiring manager needs a raise along with staff they've hired. Quality across the board if you haven't understood my earlier sentiments. The location is fairly new, but I have a feeling it will be a regional leader in no time.

When I first walked into the store I was greeted very cheerfully by the manager, a good first impression. I told her I was looking for a new wallet, and told her exactly what I was looking for as I already found the one I wanted online. The look on her face suggested she was surprised I was able to afford a Coach wallet. She showed me the one I had picked out, and I was ready to make the purchase; however, she wanted to try to sell me something more expensive that I didn't want. She was pretty pushy in trying to get me to buy the more expensive one, I refused. I told her the one I picked out online was more than suitable for me, so she sent another employee to the back to grab it for me. After she had finished checking me out, I still didn't have my wallet. I was waiting around for probably 5-10 minutes for the other employee to grab the wallet from the back. While I was waiting she proceeded to help other customers, no big deal. She seemed to be much more conversational with them, and friendlier because they seemed to fit the "Coach profile" more than I did. When I finally got my wallet I said thank you to the woman who packed it up for me, and proceeded to leave the store. It wasn't until I was right at the door that I was told to have a nice day, this seemed like an afterthought on their part to me. I put the contents of my old wallet in the Coach wallet as soon as I got to my car. After using the wallet for about a day I realized I didn't really like the style. I figured no big deal, I'll just return it when I have time. I waited until the very end of the 30 day return window to make the return, this shouldn't be a big deal. I walked into the store and was once again greeted by the manager. I told her I would like to return the wallet and the first thing she said was that they were unable to return the item because it was used. I had used it for less than a day, I told her this but she still refused to make the return, and directed me towards the sale wallets to try to "accommodate" me. It shouldn't matter if I used it for less than a day, or the whole 30 days. The point of a return or exchange is to ensure the customer is satisfied with the product they purchased. After experimenting with it for a day I decided I was dissatisfied, and didn't think it was a big deal to return it. Apparently Coach doesn't want their customers to be satisfied with the products they purchased, and aren't willing to accommodate them if they purchased something they didn't like. I would NOT recommend buying a product from Coach unless you are 100% sure you will be satisfied with it, or until they change their return policy to something more reasonable. In summary, 1) the product is of excellent quality, just not exactly what I was looking for. 2) The manager I dealt with came across as rude, and snippy to me even though I was very polite to her. 3) Coach's return policy is ridiculous and prevents customers from being satisfied if they made a purchase they didn't like. This is definitely a purchase I regret. Coach's return policy in my words: You touched it? Sorry, we can't take it back.
