Up the stairs is anything you would need for a day out on the water (or frozen water). From rods to anchors, from vexilars to live bait, this place truly has it all! I have never used their live bait so honestly I don't know the quality of it. The staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable as well. This is the only spot I go whenever I need new tackle or gear for ice fishing or summer fishing.

They have all the flies you need for smallmouth bass and some choice flies for chasing trout on the North Shore. You aren't going to find anything out of the ordinary but what they have is well tied. Their deer hunting gear and clothing selection is solid. I picked up a pair of Thinsulate lined wool mitts (flip open mittens with half fingers) for $11. The same mitts are $5 more at the big-box stores. It's nice to see small shops making a go of it in competition with (in sight of) WalMart.
