Over 30 years we've had excellent service from Heindl, when the deck was going bad on the Wheelhorse we asked if they would order us one but, told us that if they could find a good used one they would call us which they did. They saved us quite a bit of money. The Toro mowers Heindl sells are NOT the lesser quality mowers sold at big box stores, they're good quality. Big Box stores don't service mowers and don't stock repair parts. The Wheelhorse we had served us well for 41 years and our Timecutter will outlast me, in other words I'll be 6 feet under grass before it wears out.

Brought it to Jan's and it looks the as crisp as day I walked the isle. Her seamstress Carolyn went over all the torn areas with me (too much dance step!) and discussed pricing up front. It's not cheap getting an expensive gown restored but it's worth it to get some money back. I am now going through all my expensive vintage stuff, time to get rid of it! Will for sure use Jan's. All employees were very kind to me and most importantly they all spoke very highly of their boss, Jan (who is a great lady). Biggest plus? Free wifi while you wait or do laundry. Negative reviews: Sadly two of the negative reviews here are from a husband and wife team. What are the chances of Jans messing up both their items in the same household? Come on. I decided that I liked them so much that instead of returning them I would have them repaired. I dropped off at Mr Van's where I was given a claim slip and was told I would hear from them when they were ready. Nearly two weeks later I hadn't heard from them at all, so I went in to ask if they were finished. I was told that they couldn't be repaired and I should return them. They never called either one of the two phone numbers I left them to tell me that they weren't going to do the repairs. Completely unprofessional.
