Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. Prior to the appointment, Andy the owner answered all my questions by text, email, and phone while arranging my appointment as I was having some trouble with the online booking since I had some out of the ordinary scheduling difficulties on my end and needed to talk things out. Afterwards, Dan did a walk around my property and we discussed what might be done on a return visit and when best to trim what. He knows his stuff and cares about doing right by the trees and wouldn't be one of those choppers and whackers that leaves your trees with mutilated limbs. We hired Jason's Tree Service to remove a very large, 60-foot Aleppo Pine in our front yard that…read morewas 10 feet away from the house and at risk of falling on it and tearing up the rest of the yard in a future monsoon. I called, they came out the same day to give us a quote that was $1000 below the other quotes we had received. The customer service throughout the process was exceptional. A crane was involved so they needed to confirm availabiity prior to scheduling the removal date (within two weeks of the initial call). The day before our scheduled removal I got a text confirming that they'd be here in the morning. At 7am a crane, chipper and a multitude of other specialized equipment and people showed up. In less than 90 minutes, the tree was gone with absolutely no damage to yard and plants growing near the tree. The entire neighborhood turned out to watch as it was something to see. One of the workers smiled and commented about the crowd that had gathered. He recognized that it was fun for us since it was unusual but it was what he did every day.
