Located off Westminster Bl in Westminster small parking lot but after hours you can park in the other business next door. Nice pool hall. No smoking so it's clean and clear inside. My friend used to work here years ago and wanted to visit her old boss. Angel (sp) (not pronounced Angel) the owner is a really nice man he runs this place great seems like repeated customers so he knows most of them. They do serve alcohol as well and he checks ID's. The layout is nice with pool tables and a few video games among the floor. He also does private parties. Overall a very nice pool hall and the owner of many years is a great man. My girlfriend and I were a little hesitant on coming, but it turns out that we actually had a really good time. My girlfriend called before hand to see if they were busy on a Saturday evening, and to my surprise, someone actually answered and they were nice! The girl at the front when we got there was nice too, I'm assuming it was her who answered. The place is spacious, you can choose your music (the music was good last night if it was the owner's playlist), and they serve booze to loosen you up. I personally need to get a strong buzz so I can play better. I've been playing a lot of pool recently, so if it sticks, I'll know to keep International Billiards in mind when choosing a place. I enjoy billiards in general, but I've never been able to find a place where I can comfortably play at until I came here. It's a friendly vibe and even if it doesn't seem inviting on the outside, going in feels like going into a whole different scene. The set up for the pool tables are pretty organized, with the first sequence of tables starting from the back and coming around toward the front of the establishment. The owner keeps it casual and wants everyone to be able to enjoy themselves without needing to bother anyone; after you select your table he'll stay behind the counter and do his own thing. So when it comes to playing, all I have to do is worry about my game. The lights are turned on based on who is playing at the table, so everywhere else is dark if those tables aren't occupied. It makes it easier to tell who isn't using what table and it maintains the nightlife ambience. They have a jukebox that plays random songs, although for tokens anyone can request a song as well. The owner will provide the rack of billiards and chalk to bring to the designated table, and cues are racked on the wall. It's a simple layout, but it feels like a safe space every time I come to this billiards location, and no other place compares to the enjoyment I have here. read more

I love this place because they don't serve hard alcohol so they don't enable any illnesses the other thing about it they have a bunch of pool tables and the really nice girl at the front she will tell you everything you need to know and you can sit with her at the bar for hours just drinking waters chatting it up while your buddies play pool and fraternize in the background the music is on point I don't know who's running the jukebox but he's the man and if you're abstaining from vodka definitely come here they have ecstasy in store for you. read more

The environment here is more on the younger generation and they have good music as well. They do have a machine where you can put in money to play songs... I love this pool hall. I've been to a few around this area and this place is just the bees knees. For starters the atmosphere is great, there's a jukebox so you can choose your own music, and its not too bright in there like other pool halls. So this place definitely has a more chill hang out vibe. &It's never too crowded! I've been here on relaxing nights with my girlfriend, just the two of us having beers and shooting some pool, and I've been here with bigger groups. Always so much fun. Anita and Lucy are great bartenders. They're so friendly and sweet. They have a great beer selection, including my favorite, Guinness (draught or stout, it rotates but I love both). I actually really liked this place. it's located nearby a gas station and In-N-Out so food is nearby considering they don't serve any. It's mostly beer and wine from what I remember and it's cheap beers and wine. $3 beer, $5 wine. Not too bad. Their happy hour deals are pretty killer at $3.50 for an hour of pool. They supply plenty of cues and a few for purchase, although nothing too expensive. There are plenty of bathroom stalls for this pool hall and plenty of tables. It didn't seem too busy on a Sunday night but I can see it filling up quickly. The front has two coin tables (smaller tables). Service was great and they take credit cards...
