Located off Westminster Bl in Westminster small parking lot but after hours you can park in the other business next door. Nice pool hall. No smoking so it's clean and clear inside. My friend used to work here years ago and wanted to visit her old boss. Angel (sp) (not pronounced Angel) the owner is a really nice man he runs this place great seems like repeated customers so he knows most of them. They do serve alcohol as well and he checks ID's. The layout is nice with pool tables and a few video games among the floor. He also does private parties. Overall a very nice pool hall and the owner of many years is a great man. I'd recommend this place for playing pool or just chilling at the small bar.

If you're down to play pool and love that divey family comfort this is your place. They don't serve liquor only soju beer wine and hard seltzer and no food just snacks. A jukebox. Lots of tables. I love the staff. Open late. Fun times

this is the best pool hall in orange county that serves beer. There's 15 standard size pool tables as well as 2 bar sized tables. The beers won't cost you an arm and a leg ranging from $3 to $6 dollars. They've even been mentioned on CBS LA on their article on the best pool halls in orange county http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/top-lists/best-pool-halls-in-orange-county/ so if you're in town or if you live nearby this place is where it's at, beautiful friendly bartenders and a laid back owner, it's easy for this place to become your new regular pool hall

Don't look up. Falling down tiles and moldy air vents.

Happy hour Monday-Sunday Noon to 5pm. Beer $2.00, pool $3.50/hr. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/international-billiards-westminster?select=0JtxZkFdaspE8rape9O9SQ#L24vPJm3RxQUL1JYXrIZUA 15 4x8 tables and 2 coin operated 3.5x7 tables. Reasonably priced pool hall with beer and wine. Staff are very friendly and walk by periodically to see if you need anything. An internet jukebox is available if you need to hear your favorite tunes while playing. There are a few downsides, however. It's a little dingy and worn down. Most tables are well kept but some have worn felt and super glued tears. No air conditioning but rather two super large fans in the corners blasting away. I wouldn't play on any table near them since they make the light fixtures sway causing shadows. As for lighting anyway...it stinks. The place is kept dark except for the table light they turn on when you select what table you will be playing on. Add the sun coming in one direction through the large front window and you get a 6 inch shadow along the rail. If you're with your friends farting around with a few games then no biggie. If you're practicing or playing serious matches then the shadow issue is annoying. All in all, it's an OK place to have a beer and play with friends. Serious players may try elsewhere.

This place may seem old but it's clean, large and the tables are kept in good condition, rarely is that the case with other popular pool halls. The felt here is actually taken care of. There are about a dozen tables and have a few arcade games out in the front. SO CHEAPPPP!!! Games are $5/hr after 5pm and $3.50 during happy hour which is any time before 5pm on a weekday. Beer is $3 for imported and $2.50 for domestic. Free wi-fi is available. *Gangsters not need apply*

First thing always when I step in John (owner) he greets me warmly. I got to try out the new table as he was describing it was the Mercedes of tables around . He was nice enough to lend one of the nicer house sticks which was cool. This is why I'll always be around to rack a few whenever I can !

I am downgrading my review as I really cannot play here anymore. They won't fix their tables and all are in shambles. Not good.

Their beers are pretty solid with standout for me being their 7.4% Hazy IPA. One thing to note is one pint could be $7 while the next is $11 ~ the prices do vary a bit. Since it's in a food hall, there is tons of seating and it was never overly crowded at the bar. Nice bartenders that were always quick to attend to my group of friends the whole night! We were treated to a live DJ while treating ourselves to good beer and good bevs. The Capo West Coast IPA is solid, but the Capo Hazy IPA blew me away. We 10 to 16oz pours, but a pitcher of this would've gone well with our crew of five. Lots of great eats nearby to balance it all out. The service was attentive and the crowd was abundant on a Friday night. Capo Craft is open from 11am - 11pm on Saturdays as well as Fridays and from 11am to 9pm Sunday through Thursday. We stayed until closed and shut it down. Mexi Cali Negroni, Mission Margarita, and their Painted Hills (Plata Tequila meets Elderflower Liqueur, Aperol and Agave) all caught my eye. Some cool guest beers available on tap. Cool N/A and Zero Proof concoctions as well. They have frozen slush, but whoever opened that day forgot to make it, which is my only con. Free parking and Wi-Fi courtesy Rodeo 39 Public Market. Restrooms on the north end of Capo. Good place to enjoy the end of the day, celebrate the weekend or the warmer season ahead.

It's been a long time since I've been to this place at least two years and things have changed…read more They've redecorated. It looks a lot nicer. The menu has been simplified and the number of dishes has dropped dramatically. The prices have gone up, but that's the norm nowadays. Quantity is about average. I wouldn't say they're big portions or small portions, just enough. I ordered several dishes. I ordered the Ong choi, the chicken Pad See, but ended up getting a beef Pad See instead. A garlic pork dish which was tough and dry and a panang beef curry. The Ong Choi was tasty with what looked like peanuts or maybe beans as toppings. The Pad Su was a touch on the sweet side, but the curry on the panang beef is something I would put on top of white rice to add extra oomph. The service was quick and besides a little mistake in the ordering (no biggie) everything was fine. I do like the new decorations, but there is a weird smell as you enter the restaurant like a leaking gas line. Sit near the rear and you won't smell it at all.

It was so good, I've recommended it multiple times over the years. Last night's experience was not what I so fondly remembered. We had the Ong Choy, the Beef Panang, Beef Pad Seew and the Pepper Garlic Pork. The meat in the Pad Seew was oddly cold compared to the sauce, same for the pork dish. And the meat was tough, leaving the impression it had been re-heated and tossed with new sauce. The Beef Panang was tasty but with very little meat to spare, particularly for a dish that costs $20. The only saving grace was the Ong Choy, overcooked but very tasty. Sadly, we don't think we'll be returning. I'm giving it 3 stars because I remember the quality and I am hoping it's was a one-off experience.
