Absolutely delish! The food was so good when we were there that we ordered more to go. We had two of the rice noodle dishes, pork belly and a banh mi. We also had some of the fruit teas with boba. Located inside a mall with garage parking attached to the mall. This restaurant will validate your parking ticket for free parking. We ate here on a Friday afternoon on our way back home. We were the first customers to arrive as we got there just as it opened. In addition to their food, they also have bubble tea. We ordered the thai tea and vietnamese blended milk coffee. Loved the blended milk coffee but just keep in mind that it is very strong! I found the thai tea to be a bit too sweet and ended up mixing in some water later. The pho was very good with rich meaty broth that wasn't greasy at all. They gave us plenty of noodles and lots of meat. The spring rolls consisted of both pork and shrimp but the peanut sauce was a bit too watery. I prefer mine to be of thicker consistency. We love garlic noodles so when we saw them on the menu, we had to order it. Unfortunately, we found it to be very salty. The noodle texture was perfect though, nice and chewy. Love this place and thankfully it's in the mall where parking is easy. Anything beside Chinese is tough to come by here, and Korean is completely absent. Had the street tacos, five spice chicken bowl, and pork banh mi. Food is very good, portions are nicely sized. Service is also very good, the wait staff is tentative, friendly, and conversive. The waitress also expressed her disappointment in lack of Korean around here, so that's kind of funny. Inside doesn't look like a mall food spot, looks more like a classy city restaurant with the greens and browns, glassware, and open wood décor. Definitely a repeat visit spot. read more

Very authentic Vietnamese food! When visiting family in the area, we had a craving for pho. Visited Saigon Corner and was pleasantly surprised! Our table got the chicken curry, grilled chicken pho, and a chicken bahn mi. Coming from California, I was hoping for the best but somewhat preparing for the worst, as there are a plethora great options for Vietnamese food in the SF Bay Area. This place was EXCELLENT. The pho broth, while only one option of beef broth, was clean and tasty, the herbs and sprouts on the herb plate were fresh and crisp. Noodles were fresh and not old. The bahn mi was a very respectable bahn mi, with plenty of five spiced chicken and fresh herbs and picked veggies. The curry dish was very refreshing. Place was clean and service was good. There was a little bit of a wait but to me, that's a sign of the dishes being prepared to order or fresh on the spot. There were specials on the menu that were very authentic Vietnamese dishes, but we came specifically for pho on a cool and rainy day. Everything is good here the ambiance is clean and small since it's located within a mall. The service is fair they tend to leave you be upon order and delivering your food. I would ask that they add "glass noodles" for someone who has a sensitive stomach rice noodles are too heavy. But I ordered take out and all modifications were met as requested so same criteria met dine in and take out. My usual go to restaurant was closed today and what a stroke of luck! This restaurant is great and the food is top notch. I got a beautiful giant pork chop with white rice, a fried egg, a light sauce and a salad. I also wanted to test out the traditional bubble tea and lychee bubble tea. Both were great but the lychee was the best. Delivery was very fast probably about 30 minutes. They provided utensils for me and the only thing missing was a knife to catch the pork chop with so if you order this I would definitely mention a knife or it's quite hard to eat. I personally couldn't finish the pork chops so it was too much for me but it's a great meal to split for two people or even to have for lunch and dinner. Saigon Corner delivers as it promises: delicious and fresh Vietnamese food in a pleasant atmosphere with attentive service. Our meal consisted of the fresh spring rolls, a bowl of pho, and a 5-spice chicken bahn-mi. The spring rolls, one vegetarian and one not, were vibrant and the peanut sauce was delicate so as to mingle with the fresh ingredients of the roll rather than overpower. The pho was as good as you'd get anywhere in NYC -- or elsewhere, for that matter. It is made from scratch, according to the chef and owner, and tastes as exciting as you'd expect. The bahn mi here is an admirable rendition of a classic sandwich. It hit all the right notes. We were extremely happy with our experience here. Food is bland. The server didn't include the lime bean sprouts and basil leaves until she realized the order was eat- in. Size of portion ok. The pho was just rice noodles meat green onion and chopped cilantro. I didn't eat all of it. Not wanting to waste food I took it home to improve it. The bean sprouts were far past fresh. The server was friendly but the long hair is a turnoff since it makes you feel it necessary to check food for hair. Sanitation is questionable when it comes to reusable plastic chopsticks.
