Over the phone, I mentioned the make of my piano and an estimate of the decade it was made, and Keith knew exactly what kind of model it was. It is an old upright Steinway, which is difficult to tune, but Keith has experience tuning these kind of pianos. I could not believe how beautiful it sounded after it was tuned.
