Steve G. was always professional, organized, and kind in our correspondences. A few days before our event, Steve G. emailed me to find out when he should arrive and on the day of the ceremony he was early. He stayed at the site to set up the equipment and made sure that it worked (which it did). His equipment was professional grade and in great condition. He also brought a microphone just in case we needed it. After our ceremony, Steve took down the set up for us. Steve G. was wonderful to work with and sent me a thank you email today (the day after our event). My husband and I would definitely recommend Steve G's Music Connection!

When my grandfather would come into town, it was always a special treat to visit Baldoni's and listen to the staff and Gpa talk music, and/or treat us to their playing. As Gpa is not longer with us to rate Baldoni's, I feel this is something I should do for him.

Other Baldonis I currently own and use are the Alpine model and Combo III, both purchased in 2001 and used professionally at restaurants or for private parties or nursing/retirement home gigs. I have also purchased one other accordion, a Karpek made in Milwaukee 90 years ago, and played it for many years before selling it to a professional musician on the Las Vegas Strip. These accordions almost never go out of tune and if they do, they only need minor adjustments. Im a disabled Iraq veteran on a fixed income & I had some bad luck fall upon me & I was made to feel like I was going to bankrupt the business but fortunately the owners wife intervened & allowed my return. I cane back the next month & I bought a bass off of them, which cost 4x as much as the item I returned, & I did it as a thanks for helping me the prior month but instead of thank you, i got a sarcastic comment from the owner about if I was going to return the guitar too! I already paid for the bass otherwise I was ready to give it right back but I just kept my mouth shut despite being highly insulted. That was the last time I set foot i.n Lincoln Music House I hope their business gets better because they turned me off after going there for over 35 years. It's a shame because with Uncle Bob's going out of business, there aren't a lot of mom & pop stores left but customer service is #1 in my book & they definitely drove me away with their poor attitudes & it's a shame. Still, if you need an affordable instrument or need some maintenance on one, they do offer quality in both. My bass was set up perfectly & even though Im mad at em, I hope they continue to exist because I am a fan of small businesses even with grumpy owners.

When she began she was a grade school student with no musical background she now is in college. Cory Tcheng made her feel like an accomplished musician when she was young. She could select the songs she wanted to play and he would teach her within her ability. As she became more skilled she would be introduced to more complicated techniques. Cory holds "Rock Concerts" rather than recitals. Even the young performers play their favorite genre of music. As they develop they continue to play the songs and style of music they love but their selections have more depth. There is a performance focus. The students are grouped together for their concerts. Each student being in the spotlight with other students providing backup music. It is very impressive to see. I highly encourage you to look their website and listen to clips of the performances. The school is for any age and ability, young to mature. Everyone will find it encouraging, challenging and rewarding. It started off with a guitar focus but the school now includes drums, piano, woodwinds and vocal. Our experience has been in guitar with the owner Cory TCheng. After almost a decade With Wauwatosa School of Music I have ONLY positive comments. The school has performed at many local events, Tosa Fest, Hart Park Fest, Tosa 4th of July parade.
