She is truly the best. I love that we started with a comprehensive "face balancing" consultation. We built a plan based on my pain points at the time and where I'd like to be and when. Helen is super careful about taking things slowly and avoiding an "overdone" look which I really appreciate!! She is methodical and precise about where to place botox/filler. The appts are not "in and out" but that's what I appreciate the most: she takes the time to make sure everything is done carefully. (And shes just a lovely human!) As a stage actor and someone who never wants to be fully frozen, Helen has perfectly walked the line between wrinkle-smoothing and maintaining facial movement for me.     Clinic highly recommended by a friend who had a surgical procedure at the Palo Alto location…read more Called to schedule a consultation, initial booking via text message then call very easy, paid $175. consultation fee at time of booking. 3 days prior to appointment I received a text reminder and then another reminder 1 day prior. I arrived to clinic around 2:50pm for my 3pm appointment. Was taken into room at around 3pm and was told to wait. At around 3:12pm, I walk to reception to ask how much longer and was told that Heidi was "finishing up her appointment" so I go back to room and wait for another 15 minutes. At 3:28pm, I walk back out to reception to let them know I cannot wait any longer and begin to queue outside the bathroom which is next to the reception desk. At this point, I see Heidi escorting her client out to the reception desk. I hear the receptionist tell her that her 3pm client has been waiting and Heidi responds "I wasn't told she was here" or something along those lines. I then proceed to follow Heidi into the room to collect my coat/purse to leave and Heidi is super aloof not apologetic in any shape or form and says "well I am available now if you are able to stay" and I reply "No, I have been waiting for 30 minutes. I was told if I was 10 to 15 minutes late that my appointment would be rescheduled but it's OK for you to be 30 minutes late???" As I was walking out, not one person made an effort to explain the tardiness, apologies for the inconvenience nor offer me an alternative solution or at least a refund for the consultation fee. Someone behind the reception desk did make sure to say "Thank you so much, Sasha!" Three days later, still no calls from L&P but I did receive a follow up email. Just got off phone with answering service requesting a refund,. Received a call back from receptionist within 5 minutes, they left voicemail stating refund has been processed. Again, no apology, no effort to rectify situation. Your time means nothing to them.

I proactively sent an email to my doctor (Dr. Doscas) asking about some recent tests and prescriptions only to be notified that my doctor has left the practice. While Dr. Doscas was a great doctor, I'm puzzled by how this was all handled. I received no email or comms from my doctor, the management team nor was I given any guidance on next steps in switching doctors. This is unacceptable. I should have been proactively notified and should have been made aware of my options ASAP. I called and texted the office several times to speak to Dr. Gorman about my experience but did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an impersonal, cold and sterile letter a few days later notifying me that I needed to find another doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone given the sloppy nature of my situation was managed- it's completely unacceptable.

Watch out for office policies that can spring inconvenient surprises. I'm on the search for a new doctor now, and that sucks because Dr Gorman has been my go-to. Pretty unsettling.

    I saw Dr. Welter a couple year's ago and honestly, this (in addition to another visit at PAMF),…read morereally made me dislike PAMF and their doctors. It was my first time seeing her and I wanted to have an annual exam. I understand doctors are busy but so are the patients so I specifically requested the first appointment of the day, which was at 8:30AM. I had a meeting I needed to leave for by 10:30AM so I figured the 2-hour window would be plenty of time. I showed up 20 min early to my appointment to do paperwork and waited. And waited and waited and waited. I wasn't seen until 9:45AM (even though my appt was for 8:30AM) and the first 15 min was spent just her taking my history (and me patiently waiting for her to type it into the computer). I explained to her that unfortunately I needed to leave by 10:30AM, to which she gave me that I should have allotted 1 full hour for the exam. Okay, my bad, no one informed me that an annual exam would take 1 hour. But then I explained to her but my appointment was at 8:30AM and I half-expected to be seen by at least 9:15AM, not 9:45AM. Then she scoffed and told me in a condescending tone: "well you should have come early for your appointment then". WELL I DID. I CAME 20 MINUTES EARLY SO DON'T TELL ME I WAS LATE. And i specifically requested first appt of the day so this exact thing could be avoided. Either give me first appt or LET ME KNOW. Judging on her other reviews, maybe it was just a bad day or whatever but it left such a sour taste in my mouth that I would never recommend her to anything, let alone any doctor part of PAMF. Oh, and then 8 months later when I needed to see my PCP because of some medical stuff going on, I was told that she was booked out 3 months in advance. So, what, I'm ONLY supposed to go for routine exams? What the hell do I do when I actually need to see them for something?
