It was a really hard time. I had a couple of other ENTs unsure of the root cause, with imaging showing no issues, etc. Those ENTs mostly pushed for keeping my newly acquired hearing aids and not pursuing surgery to better my hearing on its own. I finally met with an ENT who recommended the right imaging and then referred me to Dr. Kiringoda, whom he highly recommended. When I first went in for a consultation, Dr. Kiringoda and PA Rachel (who is also awesome) spent a lot of time with me. He looked at my new CT with me and explained what his plan would be for surgery, targeting the exact cause of my hearing loss. Additionally, he would explore the middle ear to ensure there were no other issues and be prepared if anything else came up during surgery. He thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. Small Note: He spends considerable time with his patients, so appointments sometimes run behind, but it's all good because his expertise is worth the wait! I got surgery done by Dr. Kiringoda in August 2025, where I underwent an Ossiculoplasty, in which he placed a prosthetic due to erosion of the long process of the Incus bone. After my surgery, I experienced minimal pain and no complications. It was clear about a month after that my hearing was improving, my tinnitus was decreasing, and the numb feeling in my ear was mostly gone. By two months or so, my hearing was exceptionally improved. I am so grateful to Dr. Kiringoda and his excellent team both before and during surgery. I felt well cared for and still do, knowing they are in my corner if something else transpires with my ears. I highly recommend Dr. Kiringoda and PA Rachel Brown, and I have told several people who have asked me for a reference for a good ENT.

I've worn hearing aids for 24 years by total necessity to work and live because of this disability. After two successful surgeries, I can carry on conversations, workout and talk with people, hike and swim without fear of ruining my expensive hearing aids. It's miraculous!! I knew from my first meeting with Dr. Kiringoda, that I could trust him completely. He is kind, patient, caring and clearly experienced, but also humble. Excellent bedside manner compared to a surgeon I met with 20 years ago in SF. I can't recommend Dr. Kiringoda highly enough...he improved my quality of life in a way I didn't think was possible. Thank you!!!

He is very detail-oriented, and besides your issue takes the time to understand how it fits into your larger health problems. Yes, the appointment took a long time to schedule initially, and due to my urgency of needing to see an ENT had made appointments with three different providers, Dr. Sajjadi being one of them. I finally linked all my myChart accounts and say multiple messages from Dr. Sajjadi regarding among other items an abnormal Vitamin D test result. He must have sent me two or three different messages over the course of a long time period, he was probably unaware that my mom was diagnosed with a very serious terminal cancer and I had stopped going to any medical appointments myself. After she passed and now that I'm starting to get back to my care, keep in mind I see more than eight different specialtist providers at UCSF in addition to primary care. Not one of them, even the other three ents I'd seen around the same time had actually taken the time to evaluate my labs. Because Dr. Sajjadi caught something that I feel is actually pretty basic but no one else did, I ended up feeding all my blood work into chatGPT, and as a result of that was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. If it wasn't for his multiple messages regarding the importance of addressing the vitamin D issue and doing a follow-up with gastroenterology, I think my medical situation would be even more hopeless. I can't comment on the staff, even the scheduling being distant, but this man is a true doctor. He reminds me a lot of my dad and his colleagues. The old school doctors that actually cared about your health and doing everything they could, not just bilking your insurance. Reimbursement rates are so low, it's tough to blame them. At least here you get quality Care. This is not something I can say for most providers. I'm going to attempt a follow-up with him.

If his staff weren't so difficult, I'd rate the practice 5stars. I've seen Dr Sajaddi only twice (as a result of his staff), but I've attempted to see him on two occasions which were urgent. Once, I had a 3rd degree burn on the roof of my mouth (per my dentist) that became infected, and then the infection spread up to my right sinus cavity. My dentist suggested I see an ENT. I explained the situation to Dr Sajaddi's staff and was told they couldn't get me in until 2 months & to go to the ER. I asked if they could possibly fit me in, to which they replied that it "would be unfair to their other patients". This was a first for me. I rarely have urgent conditions, but other doctors' schedulers have fit me in for the few occasions in which it has occurred. The first unsuccessful attempt to get an appointment was for vertigo. My primary care physician referred me to Dr Sajaddi and, even though my dr called Dr Sajaddi's office twice specifically requesting they fit me in, I had to wait weeks. When I finally did see Dr Sajaddi, he was very helpful. The issue is that, when the vertigo has returned, his staff has consistently told me that I can't get an appointment for at least 2 months. Maybe I've simply been unlucky. As much as I'd prefer to have Dr Sajaddi as my ENT, trying to get an appointment to see Dr Sajaddi isn't worth the frustration of having to deal with his staff.

Ultimately,…read moreDr. Huang had checked any potential ENT concerns related to migraine causes and prescribed me some nasal sprays. Over time, luckily they went away. From the visit, I also learned about my deviated septum, which is why I had issues breathing from my nostril growing up and up until surgery! I saw Dr. Huang at the end of 2025 to get a consult for nasal surgery. He recommended a Septoplasty and Reduction of bilateral inferior turbinates. Dr. Huang's bedside manner is one of the best I've encountered in the Sutter network. He is patient and responds to each question with confidence. What sold me was his confidence in this "easier" procedure since I had worries of potential side effects or complications post surgery. Of course, each surgery and how a patient responds and recovers is different, but Dr. Huang reassured that I would likely receive benefits, and not any digressions with my current state. That was enough for me, since I would do anything to get it any % better. I got the septoplasty in early 2026. Operation day was smooth and staff was friendly throughout. Post op and follow up care was good. Recovery is a bit of a pain with the splints and nasal drainage daily, but after a few months now, it is great to be able to fully breathe through my nose! Wish I had done the procedure earlier. Sleep has been a lot better and I can now smell new colors c: Thank you Dr. Huang and the rest of the team!

Monday, I lost complete hearing in my fully working right ear, over six years ago my left ear has reduced hearing to about 40 %. Loosing complete hearing in my good ear was a big shock and I was very upset about my situation. I was referred to Dr. Maw by my PCP and from the initial contact for the appt.( Which they accommodate right away same day) till I finished my appt same day every person including Audiologist and Surgeon I met were awesome. I have not seen such a service in our modern medicine. And believe me this statement is from a professional who managed healthcare facility with over 10 staff members and three doctors for over 25 years in this valley. This office has exceeded my standard of excellence which I had set up for the practice I managed. Dr. Michelle Inserra treated me with my condition and beyond my expectation, she is down to earth, explained me every single details of my care and treatment in pretty simple language, very personable and without a complicated medical mumbo jumbo. In one sentence, I walked in this clinic upset and crying and walked out with a big smile on my face. Not only that, but when my pharmacy had an issue filling prescription and one of the wonderful girl at the clinic told me not to worry about that she will personally take care of the issue with pharmacy and she did before even I reached back to home. At 58 minutes I finally saw the Dr who spent a total of 7 minutes telling me there was nothing to be done about my hearing loss. That didn't match up with what my referring ENT Doc said so I will go elsewhere. The first floor of the office is nice. The second floor is almost 3rd world, all plastic and metal furniture and vinyl floor. And the staff break room is right next to the waiting area. For 55+ minutes I got to hear all about the health and family problems of the staff.
