I had a warm mushroom salad with shrimp and my friend had Halibut and chips. The salad was tasty but quite greasy. The halibut was piping hot but the fries were lukewarm. I asked if they were short staffed and our server said no, that they just weren't used to being so busy on a Wednesday !! They did not look busy. I want so much to love this place because it is close to home. But sadly it will remain a second choice for me.

I found the Deep Fried Mac and Cheese especially addictive (since they were in cute triangle bite-sized pieces, crispy on the outside and still cheesy and creamy on the inside) before we left to return to Toronto, we grabbed one for the road! We also tried the mozzarella sticks which were awesome when you had them freshly made and the cheesy-ness and stretchy-ness just added to the experience!
