Recently, I've utilized the arrangements in their coolers for last minute gifts. They always have a great assortment and arrangements in various price points. I called around 4:15pm today and asked if they had any in the cooler. I mentioned that I may not make it before closing, as I was in traffic in Destin. The manager of the store, who I was told was a male, never bothered to return my call so I am truly appreciative of the time Wendy took to respond and for Dalton remaining respectful of my concerns. ********** I'll start by saying I have shopped at tractor supply for years even though I could find things cheaper online. On 3/5 I bought a new pair of trail boots. I tried the left one on in the store and it fit great. Flash forward to wearing them both for the first time. As with any boots you have to break them in however this right boot has a hard area that not only bruised my ankle but rubbed it raw. I get my receipts via email but couldn't find it in my email however the date of purchase and order number shows in my tractor supply account. I went to return the boots and first they said they couldn't find the purchase looking up my phone number. Then they said they can't accept it because they have been worn. Well obviously I had to wear them to see they are clearly defective. I would have been fine with even just a discounted store credit. Per there policy within 30 days it says worn shoes can be refunded through manufacturer warranty. I was told "maybe I can try selling them on Facebook". Yes I'm sure someone else wants boots that are defective. I will be reaching out to corporate over this treatment and I will not be shopping at Navarre Tractor supply ever again.

Since stock was not available at Pace or Milton my order got routed to Navarre, FL #2655. Placing the order at 8:02am is supposed to guarantee me SAME DAY DELIVERY but that is not the case with the Navarre Store. They waited all day and never called me with a status of my order. I called them at approx 4pm to inquire where my order was. The girl on the phone first of all kept me on hold forever and when she came back she told me it was in the store and it would be delivered TOMORROW !!! TOMORROW !!!.....I promptly told her I had placed the order in the timeframe required for SAME DAY DELIVERY so I expected it to be delivered today. She left the phone, came back and then proceeded to tell me it was loaded on a truck and would be delivered today, which was a lie. At 5:36pm I got a phone call from the regular delivery driver Bill. He is always prompt with our deliveries and from what I could tell from the phone call, he had just left Molino and there was no way he could deliver our order today. He never puts us off so I KNOW it was the management in that Navarre store that is the problem, and they pushed it off on him to tell us. We had this problem with Navarre before when I had to INSIST that our delivery be done that day and it was after dark when the truck got here with THAT order months ago. The NAVARRE STORE is the problem !!! And I submitted this to be handled at the corporate level with them. This is a customer service issue, and they DO have a problem with that store. When I conform to YOUR rules for SAME DAY DELIVERY, I EXPECT YOU TO DO THE SAME AND DELIVER THE SAME DAY. FYI.......my order was nearly $400. for feed for our livestock !!!

They treated me like I was stupid and in front of a line of people the man made a remark "sorry about her, everyone" and I left crying. It was just a misunderstanding that I personally felt could have been handled with a warmer disposition. You could probably (hopefully) find nicer people at one of the many other shops.
