She charged me $12 instead of the standard $10 on her price card because she had to do the extra work of shaping my eyebrows. But it's fantastic-- they work super fast, same great price for as long as I've been going, you come out looking great, you don't need an appointment or anything. I do recommend going on off hours - first thing in the morning on weekends for example - because there's usually nobody there so you can be in and out in 5 minutes. It can get really crowded on weekend afternoons. I want to address the claim that the ladies are rude because they speak in their own language. People speaking a language you don't speak are not necessarily doing so to secretly insult you. When I have been, they've been clearly just chitchatting about life, like humans. This is in a neighborhood where nobody really speaks English and Anglophones have to deal with us speaking Spanish all the time. There shouldn't be an issue when the shoe is on the other foot! This review is for eyebrows, I haven't really done any other service well enough to review. I think I had my upper lip done like 10 years ago and it was horribly painful but probably not more or less than anywhere else, just the nature of the skin there.

Today (Thursday July 17th at 1pm) I'm not sure what was happening but there was an extensive line. The threading artist was obviously practicing first come first served which Im used to. However the issue today was me getting pushed behind all of these customers who came in the shop AFTER me. Me being the only African American in there. Not saying it's a race thing, but let your brain paint whatever picture it needs. She then calls another person and I give a look of unsatisfactory and she says "you'll be next." Obviously I'm upset waiting there for 45 minutes already, and on my lunch break. I had to leave not only to get back to work but to keep myself from crashing out. I just think it's disrespectful to treat any guest this way but especially one who comes in every month for the last 3 years. Unfortunately that left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will never be back.

There were two employees working on a Friday around noon. Both were working on clients who were also getting their eyebrows threaded when I arrived, but it was only a short wait. When it was my turn, they didn't clean the chair before having me sit down so it didn't feel very sanitary. The threading service itself was satisfactory. My technician was very gentle and it felt more comfortable than other times I've had my eyebrows threaded. After she was done, she applied aloe without asking me if I wanted it on my face. They have their price list printed and posted on the wall. They also have an addendum sign that notes that the price for threading has increased from $7 to $10. I'm not sure why they didn't simply adjust the original price list instead of displaying two different prices, because it definitely caused confusion. The client in front of me originally paid $7 and an employee had to ask her for the additional amount. The client understandably pointed to the original price list on the wall and they had to explain that new prices were in effect. The other client ahead of me apologized to the woman who did her eyebrows because she didn't bring enough cash to cover tip and the new, higher price. So overall, I got what I needed done, but their customer experience could definitely use some improvements.

When she finished the extensions my lashes looked so full and beautiful! First they sit you down and show you different eyelash options. You get to look at lot of before and after photos they have of their clients. Once you choose that they sent you to this cute room where they give you a blanket and pillows to get comfy and relaxed. They tape up your eyes and put soft relaxing music in the background. It was about an hour to do both eyes. While getting it done you don't feel anything!! My lady had such a soft touch that I didn't even feel the tools she was using! When they finish up they give you a mirror to analyze if there's something you don't like they fix it on the spot. They give you directions on how to keep your lashes nice and give you a wand too. Great experience and def will be back!

I'll admit, I was nervous to try a new lash salon but I went with my gut instinct and glad that I did. The space is clean and welcoming, they even have better tools like the fan that blows scented air at the lashes. I will be here every two weeks to make sure my eyelashes are full and beautiful. They were running a great promotion today and the prices are unbeatable. Don't hesitate to try them out, everyone was friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier with my results.
