Flaherty Physical Therapy Review Don't Work Here, RUN…read moreDirector of First Impressions / Patient Accounts - Hudson, MA I just got unfairly let go due to my learning disability, I started March 30, 2026, and just got let April 23, 2026 10:20 am, by Kevin Flaherty. He is rude, stuck up, he pays his employees very low wages for the large amount of work that they have to do. They are being over worked and underpaid. I was making 19 an hour, when I should be making 24 an hour, $6 less than the national average, he is so cheap! And the girl who does billing is kind, she is only making 19 an hour and has been at the company for 3 years while who is a office manager for one year is making salary, 40k, 21-21 an hour, and the other who does insurance is making 18-19 an hour, so please tell me why that is?. I had to cover shifts for people, no bonus, nothing, no appreciation, treated like a street dog, I worked terrible hours, 11:30-7 Tuesdays and Wednesday, Mondays 8:00 am till 6:20 pm, I have a Learning Disability but that never stopped me being the best I can be, but they don't see it that way.Thursdays 9-5:40 pm, Fridays 7-3:30, so I have no life outside of work, can't even get a part time job because of those restricted hours and they want you to do after work hang out, they pay you, but thats more work longer hours after being in work since 7 am. Everyone is getting sick, so now passing that sickness onto me, I called out last Monday as I was sick, so I know Kevin is using that against me, I hurt my back and they persisted I come into work anyways, said, we really need you, I agreed, I should of stayed home, these jobs do not care about you, I went above and beyond, and missed opportunities because of this terrible place. They overbook PTs and PTA, they are always sick, calling out, moved to another state, over worked, why do they open so early 7am till 7 pm, people have lives school. Patients are always cancelling and now I understand why, PTs and PTA will have 12 patients every 40 minutes, you don't get breaks, only one 30 minute break, but work 8-10 hour shifts, are you kidding me, I hope they get sued. I will sue them and get my justice. I didn't feel I was valued and under paid. I explained to them I am worth more than 19 an hour, to see my worth, they disagree. My name is Marissa Lanza Pros Nothing Cons Low pay, long hours, no breaks, over worked under paid, over booking patients.

Amazing physical therapy services, 10/10 recommend. I'm young and had extensive knee surgery and…read morewas out of work for a few months. Kevin (the owner) has been working with me for the good part of this year and I can say without a doubt he has a wealth of knowledge regarding best practice PT and helping his patients thrive and heal.

I just realized there is only one other review. Since I've been coming for probably a dozen years…read morenow, I thought I should add some input for the Yelp community. I first started coming when I was younger after being a passenger in a car accident and having a decent amount of neck and back pain. I still come in the event of injury (rare but more frequent appointments) and for maintenance (regularly but less frequent appointments). There are many chiropractors out there who just crack your back and neck in a couple places then send you on your way. That is not how things are done here. Both Dr.'s D and H have a much more involved approach to treating pain and maintaining health. I think of it like sports medicine. You have heat placed on your muscles to allow them to relax, then the muscles are deeply massaged to relieve tension/loosen tight spots prior to the chiropractic adjustment. There have been plenty of times I've come in last minute in pain after something like going too hard at the gym or dare I say - just sleeping with the wrong pillow (yikes). I always leave with my pain alleviated and with more mobility than I walked in with. If you're looking for a lighter touch like the previous reviewer, maybe ask for Danielle to treat you. She is very strong but can be more gentle. If you're looking to have a stubborn knot in your muscle to be absolutely decimated, don't be surprised when that's what Hubert does. He's very good at it. Don't be a baby. Other pros - accept most insurance, easy to access location, very accommodating appointment times, and a yoga studio with lots of classes I can't recommend them enough

I've been seeing Dr. Hanlon regularly for several years now, for a number of issues, and I can say…read morethat he's really good, and has a lot of integrity. He was recommended to me by my Yoga teacher. Having been to a few other chiropractors, I feel Naturally Chiropractic is much better, including heat treatment and a deep massage to the affected areas before the actual chiropractic treatment. I always leave feeling much lighter and more flexible. I highly recommend him, but he doesn't really need my recommendation, he has plenty of regular customers.

Dr. Jim Lynch is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever seen! He's not your typical "back…read morecracker" who just pushes on your joints until he hears a crack and then considers everything A-ok. Dr. Jim uses a proven technique called applied kinesiology (Google applied kinesiology for more information) to find out what is occurring in your body and how to fix it. His treatments are thorough and he is always able to fix what is broken in a calm and soothing way that often results in immediate release of pain and improved range of motion. Dr. Jim is patient and listens to you, as well as your body to address whatever the issue might be. He has never failed to help me feel better when I see him. I highly recommend him for back and neck pains, as well as headaches and issues sleeping (which are often related to your body's balance.) Try him - you will not be disappointed!

I can't agree more with Jamie P. I was always afraid of the "cracking" chiropractors, and have had…read moreneck/spine issues for many, many years. I have seen a surgeon, been to physical therapy, etc. and nothing worked for me. A coworker talked me into going to see Dr. Jim as he didn't follow the "cracking" method, approximately 10-12 years ago. I had never seen the AK method, nor had I heard of it so I was completely skeptical with him at my first visit. We'll, all I can say is....IT WORKS! I am still amazed with all of the new tests that he tries on you to make sure you are good to go before leaving his office. He really takes the time with you and cares. What a down to earth, great guy! Just Love him and Shea! P.S. I have moved over the years and tried a couple of chiropractors that have been closer in proximity to me, but I have to say they are no comparison to Dr. Jim...he is worth the trip!

I see Dr. Marchese who has been really helpful, but the receptionists here are very unprofessional…read more I broke my tibia and needed an MRI for my knee, but the receptionists ordered it for my tibia rather than my knee. I know this is a small mistake, but I cannot drive and each time I need to go to an appointment I have to ask someone to drive me, so that was unfortunate that I had to schedule another MRI. In addition to this, the MRI facility communicated to me that the mistake was made, rather than the hearing from this office that they had made the mistake and explaining why I needed another MRI done. I have had other experiences with this staff as well when scheduling tele-heath appointments. The receptionist scheduled my tele-health appt. for 4:50 but when the time came and passed, I called the office to double check. When I got onto the phone with a receptionist they told me that 4:50 is not actually an appointment time, but rather as estimated time based on when the DR is finished with his appointments for the day. That was unfortunately information that should have been told to me when "scheduling". I know these aren't big instances of miscommunication, but they are enough for me to be wary of the care I receive here. Will something be ordered incorrectly again? Is my time being valued as a patient there?

I had the unfortunate experience of slipping on ice and landing on my left arm. Needless to say,…read morethe pain was excruciating so I ended up in the Leonard Morse ER. The ER doctor examined my arm and X-rays were taken and it turned out I had a radial neck fracture. He placed my arm in a splint and a sling and told me that I had to see an orthopedic doctor and that I would have to wear a cast for six to eight weeks. As you can imagine, I was not very happy about that. Enter Orthopedic Associates of Marlborough. Dr. Hangen and his staff were incredible! Dr. Hangen was calm, kind and gentle with my injured arm. He told me that due to the way the arm had broken that I would not have to wear a cast, but I had to do range of motion exercises at home in order to help the arm heal. I was ecstatic! I had my two week follow up visit this week and my arm is healing nicely. I can now drive again and as long as nothing changes, I don't have to go back for another follow up visit. The staff at Orthopedic Associates of Marlborough were all caring, compassionate and professional. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them individually, but Karen, Mary Beth, Kat and the woman who took my blood pressure and temperature were all great, as is everyone who works there. I don't want to experience any more broken bones, but if I ever do, you know who I'll be calling first!
