They really know their stuff---technique, anatomy, muscles involved, etc. I was surprised at the precision, I was expecting a warm towel and just some general kneading in the area. Fiona has a good knowledge of pressure points and knows the proper pressure to apply. She uses her hands, arms and fingers to give your muscles a thorough workout.
