They really know their stuff---technique, anatomy, muscles involved, etc. I was surprised at the precision, I was expecting a warm towel and just some general kneading in the area. I cannot recommend this woman's work, though she assured me that the pain was necessary to improve my function. I had the impression that she made it up as she went along.
