Lots of conversation, electrical stimulation that accomplished virtually nothing, very little hands on manipulation after the first couple of visits, stretches assigned to be performed at home (none during office visits) and invariably less than 60 minutes per session did nothing to increase range or motion or diminish pain. My last visit consisted of a 20 minute discourse on how she could do nothing more for me and when I suggested that I didn't think a co-pay was justified for what could have been accomplished over the phone, I thought it adacious of her to say that I was being disrespectful. They don't use assistants or aides, although I have had good experience with some of these. The therapist works with one client at a time unlike some places where they juggle multiple people simultaneously. This means your therapist is always watching what you are doing rather than sending you off to do some exercises on your own. I went for recovery following a hip replacement. My therapist was Brittany Sullivan and she is superb. She always knew exactly where I was at in my recovery. She would ask what particular things I wanted to improve and added new exercises with increasing difficulty as I progressed. This was my first experience with them and I will definitely be going back anytime I need PT.

I have been working with Kevin, and I must say, he really takes the time to listen and work out your problem. Even when he's dealing with multiple patients at once, he somehow managed not to neglect anyone.
