( We sometimes order online when out. ) They sell essential oils, diffusers, bath salts, lotions, soaps, hair products, and much more. For us, we believe in the essential oils. We have these pouches that have five bottles of different types. It's like our mini first aid kit! ;) The five bottle kit includes, Gutzy for tummy ache, Fortify for a cough, peppermint halo for the headache, stress release, and pain release. This pouch kit goes everywhere with me! It's a roll on so it's not messy. It works for us. It's very expensive considering the small bottles per once. I am not sure how to argue with what is working. They offer many different options on the kits. They also sell the individual bottles for that particular need for your particular ailment. Overall, a very interesting experience. So many options. I'M. OBSESSED. ...not in a SWF kinda way like in the creepy movie... But in an 'omg, where has this store been all my life' kinda way. This remodeled mall is a headache. Parking and locating whatever stores are horrible. You can't help but go bonkers when you come to UTC. Well, Saje is the place to come when you think you're going to lose your mind because the oils/scents here are amazing and calming. I admit I stalked this store. Had no idea what it was all about other than that it smelled so darn good when I passed it (after shopping at Nordstrom). Went in a few times but couldn't determine if I liked this store enough to buy something. I'm not one to splurge on diffusers, oils, etc. Staff here are really welcoming and not pushy. At all. I've never felt the pressure to buy anything (and I sampled quite a bit). Valerie was the one who taught me about Kate's Faves every month. She's the founder of the company. Every month she puts certain products on special for 20% off. I was sad that I missed the last fave deal as a bundle of oils were on sale. Valerie and Brent (?) got me hooked on the peppermint oil which feels soooooooooo good on the back of the neck and ears on a hot day. Didn't buy anything that visit. A new Kate's Fave just appeared 8/3 (I stalked the website). The peppermint oil was being sold in a super cute kit with other products. I visited the store as I wanted to see the kit in person and also finally make a purchase (in store) to say thank you for all the times they've helped me. Laura was the one who helped me and words cannot express how helpful she was. She explained each item with a smile (and almost joy) . You can tell she loves the products here. Prices aren't too bad as the quality really is exceptional. Plus, the roller ball oils (as you see in the kit I bought) are refillable ! Laura showed me that (see pic). She showed me how to use the roller on my palms, rub my hands together, then cup your nose/mouth, and inhale. Try this - it really feels and smells soothing. Valerie said to use a certain oil on the bottom of your foot to help with sleep. I bought two kits. The kit comes with 3 roller ball oils, lip balm in a stick, and an inhaler. It was $39 on special. Laura also made me facial samples to try out (without me even asking). She's seriously so awesome. Paying was easy and quick. And omg - check out the packaging! Their bags are so cute and expensive looking :) I gave the second kit to my grandmother last night. We spent an hour sampling the oils as it took time for me to translate. So we used a lot of oils on our neck, hands, and feet. I have insomnia and not sure what happened, but last night I slept better than I have in a very long time. Not sure if it's from the oils but gosh - it was a good night's rest. Will try again tonight and see what happens. read more

Love the products - the peppermint halo oil is now an essential in my household. However, I recently ran out and checked to see what their store hours were and it said closed at 9pm. I drove 25 minutes out to the mall just to come to this one store to buy one item. I walked up to the door at exactly 8:01 and was told the store is closed by the employees when I tried to walk in. I would advise updating the store hours so that customers are not making the trek out late at night to walk up to a closed store. Also, as someone who works in customer service/sales, never would I turn away a paying customer 30 seconds after "closing time". read more

I am obsessed with this store. Had it not been for my good friend, I would have never ventured inside thinking that it'd be too expensive. I was just unaware of what quality was like here. I was happy to wash my hands but was told I needed hand sanitizer or to not step into the store. Fortunately, I was able to get rebalanced quickly here while experiencing some anxious moments while my iPhone was on the fritz! Hi been using saje for years before they came to America. Been buying on line during covid. Stopped at store and stressed employee came to door and said you can't come in unless you disinfect. I said I won't touch anything I know what I want. She said I must deny you entry. I said I won't touch and she said no you can't come in. She never asked what I wanted or could she get it for me. No other store demanded I using hand sanitizer to enter. I said no because my skin is a mess from the dry weather and washing. I left and am happy to shop other cleAn producers sold in stores and on line. Sad to leave the brand but won't be treated that rude to spend my money. read more

Just had the best experience shopping here for the first time. I was with my daughter, who found this treasure.
