I booked the 80-minute facial with diamond exfoliation and let me tell you -- this was no ordinary facial. This was the facial of the gods. Eliza is not just an esthetician, she is a skincare sorceress, a glow guru, a pore whisperer. I walked in looking like I hadn't slept since 2012 and walked out shining brighter than my ex's bald spot under club lighting. My face felt smoother than a baby dolphin doing Pilates. Decadent is an understatement. I felt RICH. I felt RENEWED. Eliza, you are an angel sent from the skincare heavens and I am sending my besties to you ASAP. Now... onto the tragic subplot of this tale: the massage. I got a 50-minute deep tissue massage from Jen, which turned out to be 50 minutes of confusion, irritation, and emotional upselling. Deep tissue? More like deep disappointment. I asked her to focus on my shoulders, but she seemed determined to explore every other region of my body except the one I mentioned. And then came the upsells. Oh Lord, the upsells. Jen tried to sell me on everything short of a full-blown spiritual cleanse. The highlight -- or lowlight? -- was when she suggested Lipo Cupping because she noticed some cellulite on my buttocks and legs. Ma'am. I came here to relax, not to be emotionally assaulted by the ghost of bikini seasons past. I didn't ask for this kind of honesty. I wanted essential oils and vague affirmations -- not cellulite diagnostics. In summary: Facial with Eliza: 11/10. Worth selling a kidney for. Massage with Jen: No stars. I left with tight shoulders and a bruised ego. Would I return? Yes, but only if Eliza promises to spiritually cleanse me with her magical diamond wand and pretend she sees nothing but smooth, untroubled skin on every inch of my body. I left a poor review about a month ago for Sente Bella. Within 18 hours, Erin, the owner gave me a call to inquire further about my poor experience. She was SUPER knowledgeable about Semiglutide and walked through my experience with me. She explained that they may have "erred in caution " to keep me safe, but was ready to get a bit more progressive with my dose because of my body's tolerance . - street parking, come early to find some. They do have a disabled parking in front which can be convenient. -love the decor from the outside to the inside. I got a facial with Aliza and I added on a Botox mask afterwards. Hands down one of the best facias I have EVER had! You get a facial cleanser, face massage. Then you get a arm/hand massage, and a chest, neck massage. It was AMAZING. The extractions are done with a vibrating tool that were not that painful. My last facial done elsewhere, used her hands to extract my pores and it hurt so bad that my eyes were tearing up. Aliza was very aware and kept asking me throughout the time how I was doing. After extractions she did a clay mask and then the add on Botox mask. When I was done, I was greeted with a tea or water when I came out. I love the little touches that make you feel pampered. Takes her time and really wants to make sure customizes the facial to fit my skin needs. When she does extractions... she gets it ALLL! My blackheads and literally all gone! She really gets in there! Lol I also love that she doesn't try to push products on me or anything. I've been to other estheticians at other businesses that were really pushy on products. No thanks! Anyways, if your going for any facials I would definitely recommend Eliza! She's the best! For Botox- I get it done by Nicole. She is outstanding! Very chill and honestly the best I've ever had. I came here June 15th for 42 units of botox, not my 1st time having it and I already need a touch up less than 9 weeks later. I've been calling the spa since Monday (today is Thurs) and nobody answers the phone, left messages, emailed, no response. I even signed up for the membership for $89 a month, and can't even get anyone to respond to me. So now I guess I have to dispute my cc charges with the bank. I would recommend avoiding this place as botox wearing off after 9 weeks isn't cool, and neither is their lack of customer service. read more

They have taken all the steps necessary for Covid Precautions as well. The front desk ladies were both super sweet and helpful. 60 min Relaxation Massage: Prior to receiving your massage you fill out a quick survey to let the masseuse know if there are any issues or areas you'd like focused on. My masseuse Jen was very knowledgeable and really cared about addressing all the issues I had indicated. Im very much into natural holistic healing methods and was happy she shared the same interests. Overall, my body felt great after the massage and I left with an array of information I needed to continue massage techniques at home as well. 60 min Classic Facial: Prior to the facial you're also required to fill out a quick survey on your needs for the service. I did just that and my Esthetician Eliza was very helpful in addressing anything I had indicated. Facial was amazing and I think the combination of the two services actually put me to sleep for a few seconds! Lol. I have been coming to the spa for years. I really love the beautiful environment. It's clean. It's lovely. It's glamorous the front desk staff are always really polite and sweet to me. The parking in the neighborhood is pretty much easy. I would trust no one in this world more than Nicole to do my Botox. She never tries to sell me more than what I actually need, and she does such a good job with placement that I never have an overdone look. And sometimes, when I want to overdo it with filler, she assures me that I would look crazy if I overdid it and suggest something else. For that, I am grateful, because I don't look ever overdone or overfilled or looking like I made of plastic! She used an annoying pressing into my back method and when I ask her to instead do it the normal way she told me I was not knowledgeable about that method. Jen did a good job! At check out they did not show me my bill and it does not match what I thought it would be - I pre-paid for a custom massage for $155 - 80 min. Jen said she usually does hot stones with my massage but I thought it would be too warm for me so we did aromatherapy- no price difference mentioned or even alluded too- it was on the same level of do you want a pillow and to start on your front or back. At the end the person who checked me out told me my total price and asked if I wanted to add a tip- a % or total bill amount? My bill was $225 and I said make it $260. No signature This is what I got: Base massage: Thought$155 Actually $180 Aromatherapy: Thought included Actually $45 Tip: Intended $35 Actual $60- Total- $285 It looks like I ended up getting a version of your SB signature massage which is $159. I would like my bill to reflect that price. I do not want to take $ away from Jen so I will leave the tip misunderstanding alone if you can correct my bill: $159+60= 219 a $66 refund Please respond with your decision. Thank you ! First of all, this place is gorgeous. I wanted to like it. They have amazing looking packages that I was going to sign myself up for depending on how treatment went. I left unhappy. A week later, I'm still unhappy. Enough so to write a review. I made the appointment online as I arrived into town once the place was closed. I had a giant unicorn of a cystic acne lesion right in the middle of my forehead and I wanted it gone. It was a special weekend for me! I made an appointment for a facial thinking they would tell me what I needed when I got there. When I saw the esthetician I told her the purpose of my visit and all I cared about was making it look better. She upsells me to get microdermabrasion. Cool. Whatever gets this thing off me. The facial was nice. The esthetician was very pleasant. However, she doesn't tell me that she can't do anything for me until the facial was nearly over. She can't even do any extractions. Why not tell me this before we started and recommend a different treatment. I still would of tipped her! I leave with an angrier looking horn. My skin otherwise looks the same. I'm annoyed that this cost $170 for no results and felt duped. On the way out they tried to sell me some products. No thanks. Left feeling like a idiot. Wish I never went here. read more

I went in today for an oxygen facial. It was truly a waste of money and it was not relaxing. 90% of the time the esthetician just rubbed on my upper arms. When it was over I product caked all over my face and neck. I had to take one of the towels in the room and wipe my face down. I was still cleaning dried up product from my hairline and chest for the next 20 min after I left. I have had many facials in my 39 years and I understand that at times they massage to let product sit on your skin, but this was not that. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Today I had the pleasure of getting my first acupuncture/ massage/ healing from Jen Walker and facial from Eliza Morales. Both were very professional, sweet, and outgoing as well and made me feel comfortable as I didn't really know what to expect. The aromas from both rooms were also so calming and soothing. I visited Sente Bella this week for a custom facial and lip injections. My facial by Eliza was amazing. She did a mask, oxygen facial, and some extractions to get rid of my acne. My skin felt so good afterwards and my acne is definitely starting to clear up! Today, I got lip injections with a couple girls from Nicole. Nicole clearly knows what she's doing! She's so sweet, made us all feel so comfortable and recommended what was best for each of us. Anne their Salon Manager checked us out and she was so lovely as well! About 6 months ago I got a Groupon to get laser hair removal done on one large area and one small. I had laser done when I was a teenager, but I was a wimp and didn't do it strong enough to make much difference. The technology has gotten way better, it seems to provide better results and less pain. I was so blown away but the results I saw after just 1 treatment that I signed up for their $99 membership and now I can do ANY 2 additional areas every month on top of the two areas with my Groupon. The membership is awesome because you can pick two larger areas, a large and a small, whatever you want. I've been doing my under arms, upper lip, and upper and lower legs. I'm 5 treatments in and think I'm close to being done (they say, and I've read, the average is around 6-8 treatments wherever you go). I will be keeping my membership and addressing some other areas as well when I'm done with these initial areas. My boyfriend has been impressed and is considering trying it for his neck/upper back as well (I'll be getting him a membership). The staff has always been very nice and helpful. There has only been one time where I had trouble reaching them on the phone, and as someone who has worked in an office, I know there are days like that. Other than that one day, I always reach someone when I call, they are very nice and professional, answer all of my questions and make the whole experience easy and pleasant. I came here for a Botox treatment and it was not very good because all of the areas treated still have movement. I asked for a call back. I never received one and then I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes until I finally gave up. Avoid this place. I came here due to a groupon deal for laser hair removal treatment (6 sessions) for my underarm that I received as a birthday gift from my sister. I was always skeptical about the laser treatments and hesitant to do these, but because my sister gave it to me as a gift.. i had to do it. So far I have already completed 5 out of the 6th session and I'm pretty pleased by the service. Sente Bella is a great company and I love everything about them. The ambiance is really nice and relaxing. They have coffee, tea, and snack bars in the waiting area. The front service people are nice.. most of the time.... They also text you a reminder notice (most of the time) of the appointment. They actually forgot to text me for my 5th one and I forgot about the appointment... They were so nice that they decided not to count that against me. Jen is AWESOME! I really like her! I only make sure to schedule my appointments when she's available. Jen is friendly, nice, knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient. She seriously makes the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing.
