He also recommended an in-piano dehumidifier as my location is very humid (which is true) and there are visible signs of moisture damage inside the piano. Since the piano has a beautiful high-gloss black finish, I was really worried that even after repairing it, I would still be able to see where the damage had been. My piano tuner recommended Arvin to me, and I'm very glad he did. Arvin did an amazing job! When I got the fallboard back, I honestly couldn't even find the spot that had been repaired. The color and shine match perfectly, and it looks just like the original finish. You can really tell Arvin knows what he's doing. His workmanship and attention to detail are excellent.
