These were very creamy and had fresh mango and avocado, diced within. The only thing that I would have liked is a crispy hotter shrimp. Our server convinced me to try their special seared salmon sunrise. I was a little worried that the seared salmon might be too cooked and I was looking for more of a sashimi vibe. She asked the kitchen to lightly sear the salmon for me. It was still fresh but fragrant from the searing. All the different flavours combined made for an interesting burst of deliciousness in my mouth. The plating of the dishes were so colourful and definitely peaked my interest as soon as it came out.
