Allen found 2 electric outlets on our lanai that were completely corroded due to the recent storm. Upon cleaning out and completely replacing the corroded outlets, the power to the previously non- functioning outlets inside our home became fully restored. Allen and Garrett then installed outlet covers to protect the outlets on our lanai from the same corrosion problem happening again in the future. I trusted my gut and by looking at his pics and reviews everything checked out. I wanted someone who could come thru fast and he absolutely delivered. He got on the phone right away and I explained to him the issue and texted him directions. He promptly drove down to Home Depot and got the parts fast. He got to work right away and was cool enough to chat with my Dad and I while he installed a new ballast kit for my garage since the old lights finally gave out the other night. He's been in the trades for almost a decade he said and it showed. I was kinda shocked when he said he was only 30 because he's pretty mature for his age. He's also super sharp, fast and efficient but most importantly, he's just a solid, nice guy. He grew up here and, after hearing his story of how he started working at a really young age to help support his family while finishing school and then persevering many years here in the trade union to now developing his own business, is honestly inspirational. My Dad couldn't stop talking to him after he was done, which is a really good sign of a job well done lol. He was kind enough to stay till almost dark and look at other home repairs that need to be done on the main house eventually. This guy seriously does it all, and if he doesn't, he could probably figure it out.
