Service Technicians, Allen and Garrett, arrived at our home on time, and immediately honed in on what was causing the electrical outlet problem inside our home. Allen found 2 electric outlets on our lanai that were completely corroded due to the recent storm. Upon cleaning out and completely replacing the corroded outlets, the power to the previously non- functioning outlets inside our home became fully restored. Allen and Garrett then installed outlet covers to protect the outlets on our lanai from the same corrosion problem happening again in the future. Last but not least, Allen addressed our downed internet service. He installed a new router we provided him, and got our internet service back up and running. Yay! Very skilled, thorough, confident and efficient. Careful with our walls, floors and furniture with a huge, 250lb 16ft step ladder and they did an amazing job replacing a very high ceiling fan. During that time, I learned I would be out of town and needed to reschedule. He suggested coming the day before but did not specify a time. Since I was leaving Sunday afternoon, I asked what time he would be by. He then changed his mind and said he didn't need to be bothered rescheduling and would not be returning to finish the job. Based on my experience, you cannot rely on him to complete the work.
