I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Christina Herald at Fall River Vision. I have a…read morehistory of retinal detachment and chronic dry eye, so eye appointments usually come with a lot of anxiety for me, but from the moment she walked in she made me feel completely at ease. She took her time, really listened, and explained everything in a way that was clear, calm, and genuinely reassuring. I never once felt rushed, and it felt more like talking to someone who truly cared than just a routine appointment. Her attention to detail and level of concern were above and beyond what I expected, and I left feeling relieved, confident, and honestly just so grateful to have found her. The staff was just as wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive the entire visit, which made the whole experience even better. I noticed a new Optometrist pop up in insurance network and to my luck ClearView EyeCare was accepting new patients and they also accept VSP plans. I was able to get an annual appointment within two weeks of calling. I was also able to complete all of my new patient paperwork via online portal which streamlined check in. Dr.Chan and her staff were prompt,organized, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions (which were frequent) and were incredibly accommodating pre/post visit. I can't recommend this office enough, I'm glad we have another great medical practice joining our community.
