The outlet version of Saks has always been a good place to find good quality bargains. Last time I stopped in here I saw great deals on name brands like Vince, Polo, Lacoste, Munsingwear, Robert Graham, etc. The quality of the items is probably a bit better than Marshall's or TJ Maxx, but the price point is usually higher as well. This place has a huge clean open floorplan. Actually very good deals on mens and womens clothing and a large suitcase section, im assuming since the Sawgrass Mills Mall is know for its international travel. My wife of course spent time in the purse section. The checkout line was not long but probably on the weekends its packed. Noticed that there were several employees in most of the sections. read more

I do love saks off fifth. This location has an amazing hard worker in the shoe department. She is fast and very helpful. They have saks quality items for half the price. I don't care if it's last season or if the box is missing. I want quality items that last. Be sure to join their rewards program which is separate from the regular saks. You must make sure they enter your phone number when paying so you also get the email with the receipt in the event you need to return something. Most cashiers got this. Some don't! Enjoy your shopping experience. The location in sawgrass and palm beach outlets are also in the coupon books and have a larger variety of items. This one gets lots of great sunglasses read more

Saks 5th Avenue are luxury department stores founded in 1867 by Andrew Saks. They are owned by the oldest company in North America, the Hudson Bay Company and their flagship store is in New York. I was lucky enough to grow up with Aunties who shopped and bought presents for the family there. This store is the outlet for Saks 5th and it is located in the Sawgrass Mills Mall. They claim to offer up to 70 percent off retail. If you are into luxury designer name brands like Calvin Klein, Versace, Gucci, Moschino and Karl Lagerfield then this store is for you. After a consultation with my friend who offered some suggestions, I came in for a purse for my daughter in celebration of her new job. This was going to be her first nice bag and they had just what I wanted. I hope she loves it as much as I do, If you are looking for high end, quality clothes and accessories this store has a large selection and it is very neatly organized. Don't ever shop at this location. I bought a ring. It was the last one. It was a size 7 and I'm a size 4 1/2 but I loved it and the lady said oh don't worry you can resize it. Okay! I went to two different jewelers and they both told me this ring is impossible to resize. They said that it is hollow and inside so that's just impossible and even if it wasn't hollow because I have to go down 2 1/2 sizes the diamonds are so close together that they would all just fall out. I didn't know this because I'm not a jeweler, but the people at the Jewelry department should know better I brought back the ring within the 30 days that said on the receipt with the receipt and they refuse to return it because the jeweler took off the tag SHAME ON YOU! I even opened a sax credit card with them which when I called the credit card company to try to dispute the charge I found out that someone stole the card and spent $2000 on it. I never even received the card yet!!! read more

Bought a purple shoe, brown shoe, white shoe, navy blue shoe, and so forth. Basically, I bought 6 pairs of shoes and spent just under $500. The prices were good, the service was excellent and the cashier had no problem answering questions and was very customer service friendly. Return policy was said to be 30 days with receipt. You just need to be patient at Off 5th, you will be rewarded with great deals. My favourite things to get here are sun glasses! Love the discounts and sometimes I get coupons that has extra percentage off. There is also a bathroom right at the back of the store, a lot more quiet and private than the ones in the main area of the Mall. The only complaint maybe not even sale associates on the floor. With Bloomingdale opening up almost right next door.. I can really see some competitions!! read more

Over the years Sawgrass Mills has grown in leaps and bounds therefore you must have a reason to go as who likes crowds. Yesterday in seeking out a birthday present for my better half I drove here. Easier said than done even though it was a Tuesday it is season in South Florida as well as Christmas time. I strategically plan to park at the entrance closet to Saks Off 5th. There was zero ground surface parking available so I headed west to the closest parking garage even that was packed but I managed a spot on an upper level. Once I get out of the garage I started walking over to Saks. Of course getting distracted along the way at other store. Finally once inside I have to wait for someone to assist me at the Men's jewelry counter. Once a sales associate was available he opened many cases until I found want I wanted for hubby. The associate even went to get me a jewelry box to put my purchase in. At the register he asked for my rewards card for any additional discounts that are available. The price and selection is worth the drive. Just plan accordingly get there early and during the week like I did if possible. read more

I love a good outlet! Saks has amazing clothing! High end good quality so to find an outlet is fantastic! As soon as I walked in the store, racks with sale signs! Tons of clothing options, sunglasses, purses, scarves etc. I was looking for winter vests and was thrilled to find Calvin Klein options for less than $20! My aunt picked up some designer sunglasses for less than $60. The store is large so be prepared to search for what you want. Ultimately it's worth it if you are looking for savings and quality products. read more

This particular Saks Off 5th is by far one of the best I've ever visited in America (and I've visited multiple locations across several states). An annual trip to Sawgrass Mills just to shop at the Saks location would pay for itself! They have a wide variety of items in many sizes and styles. The location is massive, and the staff are friendly and helpful considering service in South Florida is generally sh*t. Awesome. That pretty much sums it up. read more

This review is for the WOMENS FITTING ROOM at this store located in Sawgrass Mills. Hubby and I visit Sawgrass on a regular basis and he loves going to Off Fifth because he can find great clothing for a great price and, sometimes, they have great promotions. I don't usually buy at this store but, yesterday, I decided to try some things on and OH MY GOD was that fitting room disgusting!!! it was awful. The ladies there have a terribel attitude, it is obvious they don't like what they do. When you go inside the fitting rooms are soooooo dirty it's actually incredible. I have stepped into the mens fitting room to see what hubby is trying on and it is very nice. It is smaller in size but it has very nice wood floor and it is very clean and well kept. I think it is very sad that a store like Off Fifth, which offers great quality and good brands has such a terrible womens fitting room area. I think it deserves more. read more

I have slept on this Saks in the Sawgrass for a while, but let me tell you, you can really find some deals in here. From clothes, to cologne/perfume to jewelry . . . whatever, you can find it in here. You need to be one of those patient shoppers and look around, but once you get over the "Saks is expensive" thoughts in your head I guarantee you walk out of here with something. Retail therapy is very cathartic, more so, when you bought items on major discounts! After visiting Neiman Marcus's outlet at Sawgrass Mills, I checked out Off 5th - Saks's outlet store to compare. It was my first time here and I found that Saks has made its own niche compared to Neiman's Outlet: Saks: More emphasis placed on clothing here with better store layout presentation. I found a whole area dedicated to designer jeans (7 for Mankind, etc) and I found some amazing eveningwear and work outfits. Saks also has very nice house wares at significant discounts. They also carry a beauty section where you can find Estee Lauder, Clinique, department store colgnes and perfumes on sale. I say Saks for clothes/houseares, Neimans for bags/shoes, etc. You gotta visit this place. read more

For the lazy shopper who loves quality clothing at fair values, this has been my defacto shop for the past few years. We have a great communication, me and Off 5th, whereby they send me email messages pulling me into their store for this fantastic sale or that blow out extravaganza! I can pretty much guarantee success of finding clothing and accessories for both my husband and I within an hour and just like a candy store almost undoubtedly always will end up with a last minute purchase with something surrounding the cashiers to round out the experience! I'm always treated very well when I shop at this store - by everybody - and usually have no make up or anything pretentious about me to invite it other than a smile (from purely being elated by all the goodies) and a polite nature! read more

The deals you can sometimes get here is extraordinary like the clearance, the 40% off on jewelry, watches and accessories. Just the other day (a day ago) was Buy 1 and get 2 free on the rack. But with deals, you need a comfortable experience of shopping. If you want customer service it is non existent, I was waiting in line, which there is no indication of where it begins and ends, as everyone basically skipped and went right up to the cashier. Then when it was free, the associate walked away and left me standing there waiting to purchase. There was no guidance or help from any sales associate. They all stand around in the fitting room area just chatting and folding. None was on the floor. Bless you if you ask them for helping you, you can get the run around finding another associate. If you take into account both quality merchandise, and price you can't beat Off 5th (Saks Fifth Avenue's Outlet). As with any outlet store, selection is hit or miss. Some merchandise sold may come directly from full line Saks stores; however, a lot of it comes from various brands that maybe weren't able to sell at other full line retail locations. I would NOT say that a majority of the merchandise here was made specifically to be sold at off price outlet locations which is nice. If you sign up for Off 5th's free loyalty program, they often send coupons for $ or % off you $100+ purchase which is a nice perk. You also can't beat their clearance sales. Often the clearance will take an extra 50% off the lowest price, or if you buy 1 clearance item, you get a 2nd (of equal or lower price free). If you want a newer Off 5th item that is widely available at other stores, but your size is sold out they will even ship it to you! Generally a great selection, great prices and great service... especially for an outlet location. Of course this at this location in Saw Grass Mills you should expect to deal with huge crowds and long lines. You might want to try an Off 5th location at other malls for a less chaotic shopping experience. read more

I love to go thiss store I always find great deals on Sunglasses and handbags. Today I was able to find Coach sunglasses for $59.99 and some Michael Kors sandals at $34.99. The store doesn't have a restroom so you have to walk a country like to use one. I rated them a four star because of the lack of restrooms and the lady trying not to give me a sunglass case for my new ourchase. read more

The first time I thought honest mistake although i think it's odd to have a man in charge of a ladies dressing room. Obviously not the second time. I used to be a customer but once I qualified for a discount they canceled my order. Don't bother with the ads they send you. It is all a scam. You can spend a lot of time shopping and choose items, but if you use any discount code, your order will mysteriously disappear or be canceled, or, will never be shipped. Be very wary. To top it off, all of the workers exhibit terrible customer service and are too busy socializing amongst themselves or on their phones. I love this place for designer jeans. They have a great selection and the department is layed out nicely. Sign up in the store for their email list and they email you coupons like "buy one item get one 50% off" or "30% off entire purchase"! They also have a nice sunglasses selection (according to my teenage daughter) and often have good deals on handbags. I'm not crazy about the shoe department selection. read more
