Today I received the wallet in the mail from UPS. the employees found the wallet, and turned it into the store manager who in return sent it in the mail to me. Nothing was missing out of the wallet. One time a couple years back we didn't get the best service and they didn't have one of their advertised items and no one was willing to assist us. However, this visit was pretty good. I'm a long time Old Navy customer. I enjoy the perks of having their credit card -- although they used to offer better discounts and even discounts just for doing their purchased surveys (I no longer do them). They have some of the basics that I like. And for exercise clothing, they have all the latest styles and a good selection in various sizes. The prices have gone up quite a bit in the last few years, but they still have sales and that's the time I usually stop by -- or when I need a specific replacement of something. They had a lot of percentages off different items this time. And a nice section to browse for women's clearance. In general, the women's clothing had a lot more from which to choose than for the men's (and for my husband who came with me to the store). This particular Old Navy was large and had a lot more stock than my usual Old Navy on Oakland Park in the Coral Ridge Mall. However, there weren't many salespeople or even people working the cash registers when we went. The mall this store is in is a bit older and during the week was fairly empty of shoppers -- as was the store itself. It was actually easier to navigate the store and check out all their offerings. I'm sure I'll be back if in the area.

They always have something you're looking for and the prices range greatly so you can always find something in your budget. Shoes seem to range from $30-$100+. They even have an accessories section where you can find bags, hats, socks, etc. Store is usually clean and organized. Sometimes you'll find a box in the wrong section or missing a shoe but for the most part they keep the store in good condition. Staff is also very nice.

We were welcomed nicely by a couple of salespeople who directed us to housewares. I looked for the items we needed but couldn't find what we wanted. So we bought other things that we didn't know we wanted! This store is nicely organized, clean with shiny floors, and tidy. Their prices are low compared to other stores. We would definitely come back here when we are back in Pompano Beach. There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking, including wheelchair accessiblability.

We got 10% off of everything that we bought and I broke Burlington bc I bought so much I had to do it in two transactions. Precious and Jessica are the best cashiers and we definitely put them to work. The security guards are also amazing and helped me with my stuff bc it was a lot to carry and you can't take the carts outside of the store. This I ny one complaint but I get it. It's a large shopping center and carts are everywhere so it's smart of them. I have always thought of Burlington as the "coat factory" but it's so much more. Great prices and great quality products. But Something told me to try Burlington and I was absolutely right! They had multiple styles of boots and they had multiple sizes. The boots were in the first row of shoes, not necessarily in the row that has your size so keep that in mind because I would've missed it if I didn't notice that while walking in. This place is huge and usually has great prices. I definitely think they're best for shoes and coats, not necessarily as good if you're looking for an outfit. You'd probably be better off at TJ Maxx or Marshalls for that. But it's a great place to go and hunt for something you weren't necessarily looking for, just see what finds you lol they usually only have one cashier working and often at a slow pace but the lines don't get crazy long like the other stores.
