Started our journey at the outlets with a run through Saks OFF 5th. My wife spent a bit of time looking through what they had and at the end of the day (well our time at this store) she wasn't able to find anything she really liked and couldn't live without. They have a very large shoe section, and she loves to get new shoes ... nothing fit right and/or she just didn't like the styles. Most of the shoes were a % off and some were as high as 70(+)% off ... but at upwards of $3000.00 for a pair of boots .... it needs to be significantly discounted. Clothing seemed to be well organized as well, but again just not really any styles she was interested in. We didn't go through the men's department because I really wasn't impressed with what they had for the women. Down the middle of the store they had some accessories and tech type items you'd find at a typical department store. A few interesting things, but nothing we really wanted. If we were already here, we'd probably take a quick glance around the store, we wouldn't make a special trip to come here. read more

I use to hate this place because it reminded me of a junk store. Everything was all mix up and I didn't ever find anything worth buying....those days are gone it looks like.... They now organize the place according to seasons and sections such as casual, coats, dresses, purses, etc. This time I was able to find a few things to wear to work. Two Calvin Klein slip dresses for about $45.00 A Marc Jacob purse for about $150. I've not had luck with their shoes. I saw a beautiful pair of Tory Burch beige flats but they're half size too big for $150. But maybe next time....I also saw some cashmere sweaters for about $200 but they're too long for me....so going to have to keep looking....thanks SFAO5 for the great experience. Nice store, well organized, great deals on Frye Boots, Free People clothing and sunglasses. Ray Bans as low as $59.99. Lots of cute accessories too, worth checking out. Most clothing was in the smaller sizes, do not specialize in plus sizes at all. read more

Make sure you double check and triple check anything you order from the store that was online. Went over a week With no response to only find out they did not fill the order. Told me it was sold out I subsequently went online and ordered it and received it but they will not give me the discount. read more

Saks OFF 5th is Saks factory store. That being said, the prices are really not factory store prices. I frequent the Outlets due to them being one exit away from my home. I always check out OFF 5th to see if they have anything great on sale. While I have found some super cute items, they are all WAYYYY out of my price range! They do have deals where you can buy 1 get 1 at a discounted price, but to buy that one item at full price really breaks the bank for this chick :-) Now, if you're a baller and you have some cash, I would definitely tell you to check them out. They carry all of the designer brands that Saks does. These are typically not brands you're finding at other retailers. They also carry accessories as well as shoes. The store is really large and setup well! If you ARE a baller - hit me up for a shopping spree here! LOL! read more

NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY! Traveled down to the outlets for the first time and decided to check out this store. They always have the best selection in shoes, cute, edgy, colorful, different. This store also offers nice leather bags along with clothing for men and women. It's Mother's Day weekend and they are having a great sale with many items at 40% off. Whatever you purchase here, she will love it because the clothes are just as cute, edgy and fashion forward as their shoes. If you and your mate come to the outlets, this is a great place to start because they have something for the both of you and when one of you gets tired, they have a great sitting area in the shoe department. read more

They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Forever 21 has better customer service and I hate that store! That was the first time I've ever been in that store and the last. The staff is rude and don't even acknowledge the customers. If you need help in this store you can forget it! read more

What exactly do the employees get paid to do? If I call and ask if you still have a pair of women's Marc Jacobs 306 sunglasses so I can avoid a trip from Marietta, I expect you to go look. Not take my name and number and not call me back. One star for lack of effort and customer service. read more

Good prices on quality merchandise. It can be a bit jumbled in there but if you look around you can find some great deals. I tend to have better luck finding items for my wife and daughters than men's clothes. read more

Great name, great products but the store is not well managed. Not sure what the issue is but can only speak to the experience that I see. This store could be a weekly multi million dollar receipt store but it is not. Not sure as to why. Here are some not so positive things I see: 1. The lights near the aisle for my shoe size has been down for several weeks. Not sure why something like that would happen. I could not see the shoes available for my size as the lights were out. The music was really loud. 2. No one greets you. The employees seems to be not happy to work there. 3. Inventory seems dis organized, not nicely displayed and things do not seem to be organized around the check out counter. 4. The computer to check MORE customer number was down, could not look upon your MORE number to get credit for your purchase. What is the point of becoming a member if you cannot get credit for your purchases? I made $300 in purchases that day. 5. The checkout rep not well trained doesn't seem to be fast, was awkward like they just showed up for that day. 6. A good example of awesome shopping experience is the TJ maxx store in East Cobb, their inventory changes daily and the service always comes with a smile although sometimes they have items they are cleaning up, their inventory changes and is organized. I am pretty sure they move like at least 1 million dollar worth of merchandise per week. This store could be like that if it was well run. read more
