I would best describe their stuff as functional and efficient. A cross between REI and LL Bean. Their fabrics are usually a cut above others and marry performance with function. This store in Kennesaw opened June 28,2019 in the same shopping center as the Michaels, Aldi and Petsmart. On the day that we went it was grand opening so tons of sales and specials. There are plenty of parking spots and every cash register was open and checking people out. The sales people here are super well trained and are very attentive. They have tons of knowledge on how the item is made and what sets it apart from the rest. I am really glad they are here and can't wait to return when the crowd dies down a bit.

When we visited it I notice most of the items were geared towards teens which makes senses since most adults these days don't come to the malls unless they are here specifically for something. My criteria was the following it had to be a black or grey. had to have a zip top must have outside pockets for keys and cell phones and subway passes wide enough to fit my laptop but not so wide I look like a bag lady made of something durable but still nice enough to take to the office. I came in on a whim and found a tote that was marked $400 and for some reason that particular day all the men's section was 50% off. So it would be $200...sweet...but as they were looking for a new one for me to take home....the one I was looking at was the store model....we realized they were all out of black, Only the brown was available....In the end they agreed to sell me the floor model for $100. Not a bad deal. I was happy and use it every day. It's very handy for travel because I can use it as a purse+ carry on. No need to lug around another suit case.... It is bright, open, organized, clean and in great condition. Each area was clearly defined and easily to navigate to and from. They have casual sections, suit sections, business casual, shoes...and one of the largest clearance sections I have seen at a Brooks Brothers...and maybe even at a specialty clothing store. There was only one Associate in the store at the time and he was helping other customers with a custom order, so we did not interact with him. However, the service and conversation I witness was great and the customer on the receiving end seemed very happy. Prices were hit and miss. I found several things in the clearance section that I enjoyed and ended up getting, however the clearance shoes were still marked a tad high. Our main goal was a pair of slacks, and while they were priced well for the most part, they were short in stock of sizes needed. Overall, good trip to a solid Brooks Brothers location at the outlets!

Other times it seems the place feels like a funeral parlor so creepy quiet that you can hear a pin drop. I don't think they're a true Factory outlet in that I think the prices are still pretty much what their regular retailer charges. I think the items sold here are bit different than what you can find at the regular stores. I think I rather shop at their regular store better because I think the customer service is usually outstanding in those stores.
