I had the best experience today at TJMAXX Evy S was just the sweetest woman at the register and was so kind! She's the best!

I had a very disappointing experience at this TJ Maxx location. I came in to return an item I had just purchased the night before- a brand new piece of clothing with the tag still on it. The employees refused to take it back, saying it had "a hair on it" and even told me to wash it and bring it again. The response was completely unprofessional. The item was clearly new, and it's unreasonable to ask a customer to "wash" something just to return it- especially when it was bought less than 24 hours ago. This was completely unprofessional and unreasonable. The employees who are working there are very unprofessional. Plus, that cashier, the younger lady, was arguing with me. I think they are just one family clan and their relatives who are working over there. I hope management trains staff to treat customers fairly unless one of them is a store manager. Overall, I love shopping at TJ Maxx. That store just has the bad employees. read more

This is my wife's favorite place to buy clothing and shoes for herself and our daughters. She likes that they offer designer brands, which are typically carried at Macy's, for discounted prices. I have not had the best luck shopping here. Whenever I'm looking for a nice dress shirt, they have a limited supply in my size. For example, I visited the store last week, and I was looking for a XXL dress shirt. They have tons of shirts in smaller sizes, but they have very few in larger sizes. It's also difficult to find employees who will help you. When I'm looking for something specific in the store, I can never find an employee on the floor. The selection of clothes is good, but a fitting room lady is extremely pushy and would not let me try on my clothes unless I purchased a TJ Maxx card. Keep in mind, I am only 18 and was with my little sister who is 5, and she offered to watch her if I were to get my drivers license from my card, which is a little odd, anyway, she was adamant that I purchase the card in order to try on my clothes. I was trying to be in and out quick as I only had 2 items to try on. Other than that, this place is great, but I don't appreciate trying to get forced into something I do not want. read more

I like to come to this TJ Maxx when I'm stuck in traffic. It's well stocked and has lots of friendly folks that work the place. I don't usually have luck with clothes but then again I don't look that hard...but I always have luck with household items. This location is in the same shopping center as the Super Target, Panera, Chick Fil-A, Chase and The Fresh Market. The parking can be a challenge as it shares the lot with quite a few businesses. Sometimes you have to park quite a ways on the weekends. My only complaint is that they don't seem to always have lots of cashiers available. I shop at many TJ Maxx and I found the employees to be very helpful. They need more cashiers though. You have to look and come back on a regular basis and you will find great quality things . The household section is amazing. I recommend this TJ Maxx read more

This Tj Maxx is more like a Nordstrom's Rack, and it is the best Tj Maxx EVER if you're looking for high end merchandise. This Christmas season, their purse selection was full of Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, and even Hobo, all marked down to about 60% off retail price. Now, if you're a jedi shopper like me, and know how to stack coupon with a designer outlet sale, these prices are not quite as good as those bargains. However, jedi shopping takes time, and when you don't have that, this is the place to come. Their high-end goods stretch beyond just purses. My favorite thing to shop for here is sheets and bedding, as they always have gorgeous patterns and high quality weaves for the lowest prices I've ever been able to find. It's not a Homegoods store, so the selection is small, but you'll save time by not having to wade through junky sheets and playboy bunny emblazoned pillow cases. The store is small, but come with deep pockets, as you're sure to walk out with plenty of goodies. read more

I would usually give a TJ Maxx a 3 star rating however this one made me a very happy shopper. I went in looking for a nice button up for a holiday party. I found a great deal on a Ben Sherman white button up. In my size too. $25. They also had a nice assortment of ties, found a couple for just over $20, where at Macy's it would be close to $30 for one of the same ties. Great if looking for a special occasion. read more

This is a great little TJ Maxx tucked in next to Fresh Market on the Woodstock/Roswell line. Plenty of parking and easy to find. While the sale racks aren't overwhelmingly discounted (20 - 30% on average on most items), occasionally you find a real jewel. Plan to visit this TJ Maxx when they are clearing out a past season's goods, ie, getting rid of winter stock to make room for spring. You'll find incredible deals. Also, make sure that you ask for a discount if you find something on an item, such as a bit of foundation on the inside of the collar of a shirt. The management has the authority to discount up to 20%, so take advantage of that! This store is always clean, the cashiers very personable, and it is a brightly lit and pleasant shopping experience. read more

CONSISTENT This store, located at Woodstock and Hardscrabble Rd, is always well organized and very clean. It is a pleasure to shop here. They currently seem to be fully stocked with their spring clothes while shoes are still in process. This store does not have the Runway selection but still has plenty of designer and other options. It is not as "shopped" as many of the other locations so you are sure to find something in accessories, hair, bags, shoes, clothing, home-goods or kitchen areas. Don't forget the scarves and jewelry to accessorize that new outfit. This is a great time to start searching for that Easter or special summer event outfit. As a TJ Maxx location, this place has some amazing finds in clothing, luggage, housewares, and childrens. However, men must have stopped shopping here because they have all but phased out the vast Men's selection it used to have. Still a great store, but obviously targeted for the female shopper. As a male, I've had to go back to stores closer to the malls for the larger Men's sections, but I've still found some great athletic ware, work pants, and dress shirts out of this store. However, my mother and sister absolutely LOVE this location. read more

Overall good store however I can't tell you how many times I've stood in a long line only to get so frustrated I return the items and leave without purchasing. Terrible waits, too few cashiers and very frustrating when you see other workers come to the check out area only to leave and continue doing other duties. Sales are being lost!!! read more

This TJ Maxx location is organized and clean, however, there is no possible way to get in and out quickly. There is usually only one person at the register. I really like shopping at TJ Maxx in Roswell. Nice store, great variety of items. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is their Plus Size Women's Clothing selection. It consists of basically one rack with one side being the regularly priced items and the other side for clearance. I don't know who does the selection of these clothes, but they are hideous!!! The material is the cheapest polyester out there with horrendous prints ... very rarely anything with cotton or cotton blend and a nice solid or print. It basically looks like remnants that were bought from material that wouldn't sell and sewn into some type of item of clothing. Women who are a size 16 and larger also like to have stylish clothing and would appreciate your expanding your search to include same -- with more than 1 pitiful rack that gets relegated to the back of the clothing department like the b______d stepchild. read more
